"So... are you telling me that you're a lesbian?" Beck asked his girlfriend carefully.
"No."
"But you just told me that you like girls."
"That doesn't mean I'm a lesbian!" Jade responded quickly.
Beck cocked his head to the side, confused by his girlfriends answers. "Uh, I kinda think it does."
Jade rolled her eyes as she moved her right leg over her left, and crossed her arms tightly. "I'm dating you aren't I?"
He thought about this for a second, only to come up with another wrong assumption. "So you're a bisexual then?"
"Ugh!" Jade threw her hands up, getting frustrated. "Why do you have to do that?"
"Do what?"
"Put labels on me!"
Beck was still terribly confused. He loves Jade. He loves her a hell of a lot. He just has trouble understanding where she is coming from, which has put a strain on their relationship quite a number of times.
The feisty brunette abruptly stood up and sighed, "I'm not just some inanimate object you can put a label on, Beck. I'm a person!"
"Babe, I didn't-"
"Jade." She interrupted.
"What?"
"If you are so narrow-minded that you feel the need to give me a label so that your stupid boy-brain can understand, it's Jade." Satisfied with her comeback, Jade grabbed her favourite bag and marched out of her boyfriends RV before her quick temper made her say something she would later regret.
