Annabeth is moving in a big house, with her mom and dad. At least that's what she thinks, when your a 5 year old girl every thing is big. Right now there on a long car ride, and Annabeth is asleep on her mother's lap, Athena Chase ,"Annabeth wake up!"said her mother ."We're here." Said her dad, Fredrick Chase. When Annabeth saw the house she was overjoyed. The house was dark grey, the windows were huge with designs on it. The Chases walked up to the house ,and opened the door. The inside is even better thought Annabeth. The living room had a shagy grey carpet,the walls were a deep red, and a huge mantel. "Mommy can I see the backyard."" Sure honey."she replied. Annabeth darted to the Back door. When she went out side she say an old big Brown tree. That seemed to go over the fence,and into the Back yard of the people behind us is yard. She started climing the tree,when she noticed a tree house. She was feeling good, that SHE was the first to find it. She went in and noticed that there was a boy sitting in it. Of course someone found it before her , she was about to go when he noticed her. He had messy jet black hair,seagreen eyes, that she couldn't help, but to look at. " Hi! He said I in a friendly voice." I'm Percy Jackson." I'm Annabeth Chase." After that they talked and decided to be best friends. They stayed there for hours talking. She found out that percy was really funny. Than there moms called them in they said that they would meet here again tomorrow. After that they spent the rest of the summer spending every day like the first.
I know the first chapter was a little(LOT)boring, but it pick s up in the next chapter. Please review!
