Okay, I'm trying my hand at another Twilight fanfic. I'm not too good at these, though. Enjoy!

I gazed out at the green forestry of Forks, Washington. The trees were green, the moss was green, and the dirt was tinted green. Even the air was a slight chartreuse. I laughed, remembering Bella's words in her sleep.

It's too green.

Bella was right, I thought amusingly. It is too green.

At the thought of Bella, a thought struck me; a musical thought so full of hope, pain, and joy that I leaped downstairs to capture the thought down onto my piano.

I swiftly sat down onto the seat and moved my hands in a graceful arc so they rested onto the slick piano keys. I let my hands and thoughts take control and my fingers flew over the keyboard in a complex movement. B flat, A, G, E, D, G, B, A… In a short time, I had come up with a melodic fantasia.

I felt satisfied with the music, and began to play again, the ivory and ebony keys flashing in a cadenced pattern. Soon, a petite, pixie-like vampire danced into the room, entranced by the music. Alice.

The rest of my family soon filed in. Esme, Carlisle, Jasper, Rosalie, and even Emmett came to listen to the musical composition pierce through the silence, filling up the whole house with breathtaking notes and verses.

Nature itself seemed to be hypnotized by the lullaby. The sun had come up, golden sunbeams filtered into the room, breaking through the gloomy greenness, and the wind whooshed into the room through an open window.

The last note rang out in the silence, echoing through the vast room. I lifted my hands off the piano in a similar motion to putting them on the keys, and the piece ended as I lifted the damper pedal.

Rosalie nodded at me sincerely, and Esme and Carlisle smiled. Jasper clapped politely, and Alice grinned ecstatically, while Emmett patted me on the back.

"Another amazing composition, huh, Edward?" Alice grinned, spiky, raven-black hair falling into one of her golden eyes.

"That was beautiful, Edward," Esme put in. "What will you call it?"

I simply replied, "Bella's Lullaby."

Review, please! :) I really want your opinion on this, since I don't write Twilight fanfics that much. And yes, I know, Bella's Lullaby isn't really THAT gorgeous sounding; I know how to play it on the piano myself, and it isn't that hard, either, but oh well. Sorry for the shortness.
