Luna x reader "I think I'm in love"
Authors note: This is pretty short and my first entry so I hope you like it 3
I was happily walking down the corridor with the letter in my hand. I clutched the paper in my hand as I stood in front of the Ravenclaw common room. "Wit beyond measure.." said the voice "is man's greatest treasure" I answered. It was an easy one today. The door opened and I walked in. I quickly stepped back though, because a blond haired girl was in front of me. The girl laughed. "Sorry! I'm Luna by the way!" She locked at me and smiled, her beautiful blue eyes shimmering. "Umm... nice to meet you! I'm Y/N." I answered slowly. Usually people don't take much notice of me, and if they do they always laugh at me or call me names. I looked up at Luna. I hadn't noticed her, even though we seemed to be in the same year. I backed away to let her pass. "Oh!" She said, surprised. "I wasn't going anywhere, I just admired the painting." I stepped into the common room and looked at the wall. There was a nice painting of a blue sky. "Yes, It's quite beautiful actually!" I started to slowly walk to the girls bedrooms. "Where are you going?" She asked with a curious voice. "I'm going to read, in my bed." I answered slowly. Why was she so interested? As I already said nobody ever takes notice of me, so why does she care? "May I join you?" She said, kindly, like we already were friends. I smiled at her. "Sure" I said. Together we walked up to my part of the room and sat down in my bed. Before I managed to open the book she started to ask me questions. She asked me about everything, like my favourite subject, quidditch (which I was quite fond of actually) and about the book that I was about to read. I answered to all of the questions and asked her some to. After a while we were both tired and decided to go to sleep.
When I was lying in my bed I thought about Luna. How her blue eyes lit up as she smiled at me, her rosy cheeks and her long eyelashes. I sighed. I finally get a friend, and now I think I'm in love.
