"Where's Kenshin, Yahiko?" Karou asked as she looked around at the dojo. "Kenshin went down to the river to think about something!" Ayame cried, "but he'll be back just in time for dinner!" Suzume said smiling. Karou nodded as she went walking where the river was, "just don't get lost!" Yahiko called out.
"I won't Yahiko," Karou called back as she began walking again. In Kenshin's place, the place looks so beautiful and peaceful. It's a good way to go and think, he thought as he layed down on the grass looking at the sky.
He closed his eyes, Karou is so smart and beautiful. She's just like me but in a different way, Kenshin thought. Why am I thinking about Mrs. Karou? She doesn't like me at all! Kenshin thought unhappily, just than he heard a noise.
He put a hand on his Reverse Blade Sword ready for protection, "relax. It's just me," the voice said as Kenshin's eyes opened and saw Karou staring down at him. "Oh! What are you doing here?" Kenshin asked blinking, "I just got bored," Karou replied.
Kenshin nodded at her, "peaceful place isn't it? This is the place I always come to at night whie your asleep," he said as Karou smiled at him. "Kenshin, are you gonna stay here forever?" Karou asked, "why do you say that Mrs. Karou?" Kenshin asked surprised.
"Sooner or later you won't be here anymore, I'm afraid that everything will be changed once you leaved," Karou explained sadly. Kenshin smiled at her, "everyone is in our hearts Mrs. Karou. Don't talk none sense about that," he said as Karou nodded at him.
"Mrs. Megumi and Sano will always be with us along with young Yahiko," Kenshin said as Karou smiled. "I must have forgotten," she said, "Mrs. Karou?" Kenshin asked as Karou looked at him.
"What is it Kenshin?" She asked worriedly, she blinked in surprised as she saw Kenshin leaning to her to go and kiss her on the lips. Just than she felt something warm and wet around her mouth as Karou began kissing back.
Kenshin pulled back as he looked at her smiling, "that was incredible," Karou said as Kenshin nodded. "There's more if we start a relationship," Kenshin said as Karou blushed, "I love you," she said as Kenshin nodded.
"We'll be together no matter what," Kenshin said as the two watched the sun and the sky together.
