First (published) attempt at fanfiction.

The smell of freshly backed cookies filled the small flat inhabited by two college students, Eustass Kid, a first-year in engineering and Trafalgar Law, a third-year doctor-to-be, who were indeed in love.
The two males were nowhere to be seen, but their jackets and shoes still at their usual places indicated they were still somewhere in the house on this cold winter evening.
Indeed they were.
Law, the smaller though older of them, was running down the staircase holding a small box, taking up to three steps at once while laughing maniacally. His redhead boyfriend and roommate in one person was chasing him with an angry scowl, his face having taken on the color of his hair.
"Trafalgar fucking Law!" he yelled. "Give that back!"
The med student didn't even look back as he reached the door to another flat and pushed the doorknob down. He opened the door with one quick pull and frowned.
Kid stopped, finally catching up, at the sight of his boyfriend's face. He stepped closer and took a look inside.
Inside the flat, right in front of them, two other males were making out passionately. A common sight in this house inhabited by students. But who they were, has shocked Law obviously.
This time, it was Kid's turn to laugh. His best friend, Killer, was kissing Law's best friend Penguin and grabbing his ass,while the other had his arms around his neck. All this while making a show of ignoring each other and giving deathly glares in the presence of others. Oh the irony.
Once again Kid shook his head grinning widely. He turned around, took the box from his boyfriend and started to walk to the stairs.
The way up to their floor proceeded in silence, only disturbed by the sound of Kid's steps and the occasional knacking of the cookies the redhead was stuffing into his mouth. He had to destroy all off the sweet pink heart-shaped stuff, if he didn't want Law to show them to his friends. If he had luck, the whole incident may be even a lesson for him.
"Eustass-ya! I want some cookies too!" The childish tone in Law's voice made Kid smile as he gave him a little pink heart.
