A Christmas One Shot!
I'll be home for Christmas,
Jude hummed alomg with the sweet christmas carol as she put the finishing touches on her Christmas tree. Tom was going top be so suprised to see how much she had accomplised while he was away.
You can count on me.
As the song faded and the weather report came on, Jude hurried about her and Tom's love nest. She watned everything perfect fro his return. Tommy had been away sience later November, on Darius's request. They hadn't been sure he would make it home, but he'd called her from the airport, he had finaaly gotten a flight.
Please have snow and mistletoe
Jude heard the Viper pull up in to the driveway. She ran out in to the snow, and in to Tommy's waiting arms. He wraped his arms around her and squessed, breathing in her sent. He smiled in to her hair and they stood there, lost in time, lost in the moment and lost in each other. Niether heard the traffic report, or about the 12 car pile up, with mulitple casulties.
And presents under the tree.
Later that night Jude and Tommy sat together on the floor next to the christmas tree, trading gifts. Each time Jude would look up from opening one of her gifts, she would find Tommy staring at her.
Christmas Eve will find me,
When she opened the tiny box, her last gift she was suiprised to find a diamand engagement band, gleaming aginst the black velvet. She looked up and Tommy's smileing face and threw her arms around his neck, kissing his fave and crying.
Where the love light gleams.
He crassed her cheek and whispred to her, "Jude no matter waht happens, Know I love you. I'll always love you. " Jude notcied hoe the lights from the tree seemed to make a halo around his head.
I'll be home for Christmas,
"I love you Tommy" was whispred from her ruby red lips. And the words brought a sad smile to Tommy's face. Thankfully jude didnt seems to notice.
If only in my dreams.
"I love you Tommy" as Jude whispred those words to the plain white wall of her hospital room, sadie sought comfort in Kwest's arms. As Kwest led her out of the instatution, they passed an Newspaper stand, the headline on the front page brought tears to both their eyes again. Sadie looked up at him "He wouldnt want her to be this way!" she said brokenly. Kwest helped her in to the packed car. As he got in he pointed the car towards the cematary, to say on last goodbie to his best friend. He and Sadie couldnt stay here, not after Christmas. Tommy had been on his way home, he was going to ask Jude to be his wife, but a desial had jackknifed, cause 12 cars to chars in to each other. Tommy's blue viper had been the 2nd car. They had been told it was instant, that he hadn't felt a thing. Jude had heard the report and got the call from the police, It had taken them almost 2 hours to find her walking around the naigbor hood in the snow. After a little while it was obvols she was never gonna be the same again.
Sadie looked at Kwest, "Do you think she's thinking about him?" Kwest nodded yes "Who else would she dream of"?
If I can only be with you in my dreams, I'll sleep forever."
