(Post-World's Finest, A Family Secret, Pre-Dawn of Justice)
As Jimmy was in his lab, working on a few inventions, he had so much to process in his mind, he saved his friends and Dexter's friends, his friend found out her true family bloodline, and he's been protecting the world as a new hero, Protonman: The Genius of Steel. So far, it's been good for everyone.
"Uh, Jimmy?" Sheen was heard.
"Not now, Sheen, I'm working on on my interdimensional map." Jimmy said. "Have to make sure the Dark Matter Dimension isn't on it."
"Uh, I don't know if this could wait, Jim!" Carl said, nervously.
"Well, I guess I could check out what's going on." Jimmy said as he entered the different part of the lab as they see Libby, Sheen, Carl and Nick looking nervous. Skeptical, Jimmy asks, "What happened this time?"
"Remember that cloning machine I fiddled with that one time?" Carl asks, nervously.
"What about it?" Jimmy said, suspiciously.
"Well..." Carl said.
"Just cut to the chase, Wheezer!" Cindy shouted, stepping out of the shadows.
"Did Cindy used the cloning machine?" Jimmy groaned. His friends nervously nodded yes. "Well, it can't be terrible, right? How many Cindys could there be?"
"Enough to fill the School classrooms and cafeteria?" Carl said, nervously.
"And your house?" Sheen said, nervously.
"Cindy!" Jimmy scolded. "I thought you and your sister were smarter than this!"
"It's Sheen's fault! He accidentally got me in the cloning machine, and Carl pressed random buttons and the rest is history." Cindy scoffs.
"Just be glad Phineas and Ferb aren't here. Where are the clones anyway?" Jimmy said, worried.
As Jimmy and his friends entered the Cul-De-Sac, they saw hundreds of Cindys either bickering with each other or chatting with one another. For Jimmy, he didn't want to admit it, but it was a beautiful sight to see.
"Are your Aunt and Uncle home right now?" Jimmy whispered.
"No, they're out at the grocery store." Cindy sighed.
"Cindy," Jimmy called.
"What, Nerdtron?" All the Cindys demanded. "Can't you see we're in a crisis?!"
"Yeah, even the original can see that." Sheen quipped.
"Well, we may have to find ways to keep your family from seeing this." Jimmy said.
