My hand entwined into his. We were looking up, the sky blue and clear. Only the few odd clouds floated by, dispersing as quickly as they came. The sound of water from the river was a drag in the still air, yet it relaxed me. I looked over at him, my eyes scanning his as he looked up into the sky and watched those clouds for the few seconds you could. As he felt my gaze, he turned his head and looked into my eyes. He was smiling, smiling at me with passion and grace. I edged myself closer to him so our bodies where touching. He let go of my hand and slide his arm under me instead, holding me tightly against him. I let my head rest on his muscular arm, still watching the sky above.

I could have sat on that river bank all day, watch the sun slide slowly by in the sky, the clouds moving in the breeze, the water trickling by. Yet no matter how much I love it here, I always seem to love it more when he is here with me. He was on his side, watching me. His free arm moved upwards and he used his index finger to tap me lightly on the nose. Every touch sent wonderful shivers down my spine, shivers of excitement and utter compassion.

Blue turned to hazel as he gently rolled himself on top of me, his hands pressing against the grass just above my shoulders, and I gazed into his eyes. The cool skin of his chest was only millimetres away from my own. He kissed me again, only this time for a little longer than before. He slowly pulled his lips from mine and as he opened his eyes, a different light was in them. I lifted my legs onto his hard back as he lent over me. The only clouds I could see now were in my head.

My hand entwined into his. We were looking up, the sky blue and clear. Only the few odd clouds floated by, dispersing as quickly as they came. The sound of water from the river was a drag in the still air, yet it relaxed me. It is strange how private such a beautiful part of the river is. Maybe no one has discovered it. Maybe no one needed too discover is because it had already been discovered and its occupants were perfectly happy. The sound of a fish flipping up from the water was the only break in the sounds to this scene.

Some magical moments come and go as quick as the clouds, never just let it float by.
