#36 Precious Treasure
Most of the Konoha rookie ninjas and their senseis have a precious treasure. Their precious treasures are usually their friends or family. Uzumaki Naruto's precious treasure for instance is his team and Iruka-sensei.
Haruno Sakura and Yamanaka Ino's treasure is Uchiha Sasuke, and their family. While Uchiha Sasuke's precious treasure is his teammates, even though he doesn't show it. He lost everything once and doesn't wish to loose the people close to him again.
Hatake Kakashi's precious treasure is his team. Kakashi had told Uchiha Sasuke that everyone close to him had died. It is different now because he has found a few new precious treasures.
Akimichi Choji's precious treasure is his only friend Nara Shikamaru. In return, Akimichi Choji is Nara Shikamaru's precious treasure.
The precious treasures of the jonin Kurenai, Asuma and Gai are their students in the teams they lead.
Hyuga Hinata's precious treasure is none other than Uzumaki Naruto. She also has a few more precious treasures, and they are her teammates Aburame Shino and Inuzuka Kiba as well as her sensei Kurenai.
Rock Lee's precious treasure is Haruno Sakura and his sensei Maito Gai.
See when Haku told Naruto, "Shinobi become strong when they fight for people they care for. You will become strong." He knew exactly what he was talking about; for it isn't only true for Konoha ninjas it is true for everyone. When you're precious treasure is in danger, even if you know you can't beat the person who is putting them in danger you don't just sit there. Hopefully you don't. You jump to try and help your precious treasure.
