It's hard to be seen as sane
when you have a bloody past,
All people see are your sins
when you have a bloody past.

They curse my name
as they scream their pain,
From the ones that I have wronged
it's hard to be seen as sane.

I guess I must admit
that their seasons do hold ground,
But it seems to prejustice
to judge me by my past.

I can assure you I have changed
though I'm as cruel as I've ever been,
But when they look into my eyes
it's hard to be seen as sane.
