Planning A Party Part 1

On Monday May 5th 1980 at Winston Prep Academy, Alan Chan was cleaning the blackboard in the science classroom when Tom entered the room.

"Alan," Tom said. "we're late for lunch with the others at the new Winston Prep picnic grounds over by the playground!"

"Sugureta! Boku wa tonikaku boku no tsukareta kata o yasumaseru hitsuyō ga arimasu." Alan answered Tom in Japanese.

"You & Anne both have a very strong attachment to communicating in Japanese linguistics, Alan," Tom chided. "especially, when you are tired in any way, shape, or form."

Alan put his arms down, his shoulders still felt a bit stiff, "Annie & I can't help it, we miss Mom way too much!" he protested.

Upon arrival at the new picnic grounds, Tom & Alan saw the rest of their siblings as well as Jasmine Knight, James Louis, Alexa Goldstein, Prince Hareem, Layla Mitchell, and Liana Simmons sitting on a large picnic blanket with their homemade lunches in hand.

"Where is Anne anyway?" Tom asked, he was impatient.

"Girls' track practice." Henry answered.

Alan was busy resting his sore shoulders when he saw Anne tripping over a hurdle with her right foot.

"Anne!" Alan called out as Henry & Stanley stood up in terror.

"No!" Henry & Stanley shouted in unison, running to Anne's location.

Anne quickly recovered from being disoriented to see Henry & Stanley running up to her.

"Henry? Stanley?" Anne asked.

The two oldest boys stopped at Anne's location.

"Are you okay, Little Princess?" Stanley asked Anne, he was worried.

"Stanley," Anne said playfully. "you guys haven't called me that in such a long time!"

"Are you okay?" Stanley asked.

"I'm okay, Stanley," Anne answered. "my right ankle just gave out on me, it feels kind of numb."
