Ok, so this is the first story we've wrote on here so please don't get mad at misused grammar but please inform us of any mistakes so we can fix them to improve our story. Please review and tell us what you think! Enjoy!

A Normal Perspective
Chapter 1: Nothing Changes
I lie awake at night wondering what it will be like now that the curse is gone. Knowing that I can actually have a relationship with someone. Could I actually love someone, and show my affection? After wondering about this for awhile, I finally drift off to a dreamless slumber.
"Wake up, you damn rat!" I heard an annoyingly familar voice say.
"What do you want? And the curse is broken so you don't need to call me a rat," I said, looking up into Kyo's angry face.
"Tohru isn't here, which means she didn't make breakfeast. Which means I'm hungry!"
So, I arose silently, knowing the expression on his face was an annoying one. Which was somewhat satisfying.
"So, where is Tohru?" I asked calmly. Kyo stared blankly at me before shrugging."Typical," I thought, "The stupid cat doesn't know." Then I noticed Shigure was around the corner giggling, that's when I realized I was thinking out loud. Then not long after, Kyo started babbling about how we should go find her, when I was watching her skip her way toward the house.
"Hello! Good morni-" Tohru started.
"Where the hell were you! Why didn't you tell anyone where you were going! You could have been hurt or kidnapped or-" Kyo yelled but stopped short, trying to control his anger.
"Um, I'm sorry..." Tohru stuttered. "I didn't mean to worry you. I-I'm so sorry... But I told Shigure I was going to go shopping, uh, so I didn't think that there would be a problem..."
"I think Tohru has the freedom to go shopping whenever she wants to without having to tell you anyways..." I said but Kyo had already turned to Shigure and hadn't heard a word of what I had just said.
"Why didn't you tell us where she was, you idiot! You made us worry!"
"Well you didn't ask~" said Shigure, with a grin.
"You guys are being complete morons." I said. Then I turned back to Tohru and reassured her that she didn't do anything wrong.
"You two are probably the scariest thing she seen so far!"
