Chapter 1: sleepover

Time Skip: before
It has been two weeks since the crew left Orange Town it was nighttime, but Nami is having a hard time sleeping, recently she's been having nightmares her mother actually dying in front of her eyes and not just that she also saw Luffy fighting Arlong only to get cut in half by his sword, she walked out side where to her suprise Luffy out on board staring at the ocean.
"What are you doing up waiting for me to give you a goodnight kiss?" She asked
"Actually I heard you tossing and turning like your having a nightmare." Luffy said, she then hugged him and cried on his shoulder "It was so horrible my mother died then you fought Arlong then he... he..."
She kept crying while Luffy massaged her head trying to calm her down while whispering sweet nothingness in her ear, she looked at him and said "Can you stay with me tonight?" He nodded she led him to her bed they both lie down with her head on his chest.
"Don't worry Nami I'll make sure nothing happens to you." Luffy said stroking her hair "Luffy thank you." Was her last words before finally relaxing falling asleep with him, when morning came Nami woke up to Luffy stroking her hair, she smiled at him causing to smile back she then kissed him he kissed her back happy that she's not having nightmares anymore the two then pulled back "thank you." She said "your welcome." Nami then looked at Luffy's eyes,
"Luffy if we get a ship will you share a room with me? we can make it a captain's and navigator's quarters." Nami asked she doesn't want to have nightmares again, she wants to have sweet dreams and Luffy might be the only one to do it, Luffy kissed her and said "Sure Nami I'll share a room with you." Nami kissed him back having a full make out, they then pulled back and walked out only to find a smirking Mikal and Zoro
"Enjoyed your sleep lovebirds?" They blushed when he said that and went on to their business.
