"Ow, Ow, OW!" Senketsu yelped out from too much heat exposure of the the iron. "Huh? Oh gosh sorry Senketsu." Ryuko lifted the iron off him quickly. "Are you alright Ryuko? I admit that you have seemed really spaced out lately." Senketsu shifter himself up and pulled himslef onto the hanger that was on the armware behind him. Ryuko sighed and glanced at her sleeping friend Mako,"Well I've been thinking bout Christmas-"
"Christmas!" Mako popped awake and sat up quickly getting close to Ryuko,"Wah I love ChristmasRyuko! Watcha' thinking about doing? I mean other than being with us of course! Oh hey I don't know what you want! Hey Hey! What do you want for for Christmas Ryuko!" Mako's face had gotten so close to Ryuko's with eyes glittering of excitment that Ryuko felt she could be pulled into oblivion. She glanced to the rest of Mako's family who was still asleep. She looked back to Mako and gave a weary smile,"Well,I- I don't really know what I want but-I guess as for what I want to do..." She wanted to repay Mako's family somehow.
"Hey Ryuko what is Christmas?" Ryuko froze and glanced back at Senketsu like he was insane, but didn't reply yet. She gave a sigh,"Listen Mako you should go back to sleep, we have school in the morning after all. And I can't really think of anything." Mako jumped backand readied her position to lecture Ryuko on why she should tell her what she wanted but stopped just before she did. "Yeah I guess you're right and I wouldn't really remember later either. Alright then Goodnight Ryuko!" With that Mako jumped back into bed and was fast asleep. Ryuko abruptly turned back to Senketsu and hissed,"What d'yah mean 'What's Christmas"?!" Senketsu shrugged,"Soon after I was created by your father with the life fibers I was never woken more than once because I was hidden. I never came to know much about humans or human culture." Ryuko stared at him for a bit,"So my dad didn't tell you anything about people but made you to protect them?" Senketcu closed his eye,"Yes. Truthfully Ryuko everything you've shown me, told me, given me, they all are new to me and I most likely wouldn't have found them without you." The two sat quietly and stared to each other before Ryuko gave a warm smile," Alright then, I'll tell you about Christmas."
