The wind whips past my face

The speed feels like I'm in a race

I know she loves me, or at least she did

The pain comes and will not fade away.

She said 'I love you' but if she did

Would she have met up with him?

Her face shines, through the dark

She calls to me not unlike a lark.

My one my only, my other half

We cannot be together

It's simply a fact of life.

She loves him and he loves her.

She's caught between two lovers.

She is stuck in an eclipse.
