Hey guys! Sorry about my other story Im a little stuck but I managed to write this little tid bit for Embry. Sorry its not that good but I wrote it in French class so the grammer is TERRIBLE, oh well. Anyway if you think it should be more then a one shot review and let me know.

Running, I love it. I love the feeling of my muscles easing and pulling me faster with every puff of breath I took. I loved to run, but only in the forest and thats exactly where I was with Paramore's 'Ain't it fun' blaring in my ears drowning out the calming sounds of the forest. I knew I wasn't supposed to be in the forest, stupid elders and there rules, but I was happy and not suspecting any of the events that were soon to happen.

Sweat was starting to coat my skin as I burst through a grove of birth trees and into a small clearing brightly lit by the sun streaming through the leaves. What I saw in that moment was going to stay with me for forever. For in that clearing was a towering grizzly standing on its hind legs growling at the cornered little girl in front of him.

I had no time to get help and I stupidly didn't bring my cell phone. With a small jerk of her head the little girl who couldn't be any older then six looked over in my direction, her small brown eyes were glazed over in unshed tears and her pigtails pulling loose. It was in that moment that I knew what I had to do, be it stupid or brave.

Reaching down, I slowly wrapped my fingers around one of the many small grey stones that littered the ground before bringing it up to my shoulder and heaving it in the direction of the giant bear. The rock hit its mark directly between the shoulders and I watched almost as if in slow motion as the bear turned, dropped onto all fours and charged in my direction just as I took off running faster then I had ever run before. I could hear the giant beast crashing through the trees behind me but I didn't dare look back.

My thoughts returned to the little girl, did she run like I hoped she did? Had I recklessly thrown myself into this situation for nothing? Shaking my head. No, that girl deserved to live she was six I was almost twenty, she had so much more to see in life.

I ran for what felt like hours, until my legs felt as if they were jelly. I was going to die and I knew it, white and black dots started to cloud my vision and I slowly fell to the ground just waiting for the bear to strike. Only it never happened, instead I heard a ferocious snarl and the sound of two furry bodies colliding. I opened my heavy eyes in curiosity to see a huge horse sized grey and black wolf collide mid lunge. I was saved by a huge wolf?

Closing my eyes once again I started to drift into oblivion, only to be gently shooken by a pair of warm hands. Peeking through my lashes, my eyes collided with the most gorgeous guy I had ever seen. The man had a look of awe and fear plastered on his face and his beautiful full lips were moving only I couldn't hear a thing. With a small smile of comfort I sunk into blackness.
