Hey guys! Calmoose here! I just wanted to let you guys know that my TMNT kung fu panda crossover will be on hiatus for a while and I will be focusing on other stories. Now I loved the Yojimbo trilogy in the TMNT 2012 series, but I felt that the turtles didn't do much in the story. To me, they were just sort of, there for entertainment purposes. So in this story, I will be retelling the events of the Yojimbo saga but with a few alterations and a slight alternate ending on how I think it should have gone. So I hope you enjoy. This is my second fanfic so sorry if it sucks.

I don't own TMNT and I never will.

Tales of the Tmnt: Yojimbo

On a dark and stormy night, the sounds of fighting could be heard from inside a small wooden house in the middle of a field surrounded by trees. And among the sounds of clanging metal, were sounds of arguing.

"You must be insane!" A voice shouted. Suddenly, a white anthropomorphic Rabbit wearing a blue kimono top and navy blue pants was knocked out of the house. From inside the darkness of the house, a bone chilling chuckle could be heard.

The Rabbit, still holding his sword, stood up still glaring fiercely at his mysterious opponent. The Rabbit was tall with a scar over his left eye, his ears tied with blue material in the shape of samurai kits, a white belt with another katana attached to it around his waist, and waraji straw sandals. "You destroyed that entire family," The Rabbit berated, "You demon!"

Stepping outside the house was a tall anthropomorphic Wolf with grey skin, long black hair, and black kimono. The wolf carried a black-bladed yari that had lightning bolt symbol on the speared blade. But the most unsettling thing about him was his eyes, as they were completely white with no pupils. "They were infected with evil. The Gods revealed their nature to me," The Wolf replied calmly, "As they do you Ronin."

The Rabbit scowled as he lunged forward as the two began blocking and parring each others strikes. As their blades locked again, the Rabbit forced the spear into the ground. He then swung his sword, intending on taking the Wolf's head but the wolf ducked under the blade. The two then faced off as the Wolf began to chuckle wickedly and the rain started to fall.

"I tracked you down to bring you to justice!" The Rabbit proclaimed as he gripped his katana in his hands while taking a stance.

"I see the evil in this realm Ronin," The Wolf claimed, "I am the definition of justice!"

The two then lunged each other again continuing their battle with the Rabbit mainly on the defense. The Wolf then kicked the Rabbit away. The Rabbit spun around before drawing his second katana.

Their dual then backed up to a nearby by tree, "The Gods imparted this skill to me," The Wolf continued, "To cleanse the world of evil!" He then swung his spear at the Rabbit, but missed and hit the tree instead. Taking advantage of this distraction, the Rabbit lunged forward but was blocked by the spear's handle. "You are the evil one!" The Rabbit shouted.

But before they could continue, a bolt of lightning struck the tree they were fighting at. The two were flung back by the shockwave as the tree caught on fire.

The Rabbit lay on the muddy ground, too tired to get up, with his swords laying on the ground in front of him. He looked up and saw the Wolf still standing. Unbelievable! Was there no stopping him?!

"Who are you?!" The Rabbit demanded.

"I am Jei, the blade of the Gods." The Wolf replied. He then raised his spear, ready to end the Rabbit's life. But then by some strange streak of luck, another lightning bolt came from the sky and struck Jei. And when the light died down, Jei had seemingly disappeared.

At least thats what the Rabbit saw before everything went black.

The Rabbit groaned slightly as he slowly opened his eyes to the bright morning sky.

The first thing he noticed was a small green dinosaur-like creature standing on his chest. Noticing he was awake, the dinosaur quickly leaped off him and scampered away.

The Rabbit sat up, his head aching from the battle last night. He looked over to the tree to it had completely burned down. And in front off the burned tree, was what seemed to be the smoking remains of Jei's spear. However, there was no body with it.

The Rabbit's eyes narrowed. Whoever this Jei character was, he was still alive, and his mission wasn't over.

It was the late afternoon as the Rabbit walked quietly through the foggy bamboo forrest, his kasa hat laying snuggly on his head.

As he continued walking, the Rabbit noticed smoke from above, right in front of his path. He hurried towards the source, only to discover a village in ruins. It became clear that a deadly battle had taken place here. There were scratch marks and arrows on the pillared stones. The Rabbit kept going, searching for any survivors in need of help.

Suddenly, a pair of small white began following him in one of the village homes. The Rabbit stopped, sensing that something or someone was watching him.

"I know your here...Come out!" The Rabbit said to the so-called spy, ready to use his katana for whatever he would face.

The infiltrator revealed itself to be a small harmless green dinosaur. The small dinosaur scurried past the Rabbit, holding fresh food to eat in its mouth. After it left, the Rabbit then heard a creaking sound.

"Huh?" he turned his to the source and was surprised to see a familiar face. "Akemi!"

Akemi was a female anthropomorphic cat with long black straight hair that was loose with two different ponytails: a small high and a small low one tied together by a red bow. She had slightly white fur, green eyes, and some black lines around her eyes and around her cheeks. She also wore a golden crown-like on her forehead that had red tassels on the sides, her white kimono dress covered in wooden armor, a pair of circular gauntlets located on both her paws, and warji straw sandals. She carried naginata which she used as a walking stick.

"I'm glad you've come." she told him. She limped closer until the Rabbit, whom took off his straw hat, came to her aid.

"What happened here?" the Rabbit asked, concerned for his friend.

"A band of samurai," Akemi explained. "They must have been Ronin. They were led by a mercenary named Sumo Kuma."

"I have never heard of him." the Rabbit muttered, pondering on who this new enemy was.

"All of my samurai have been wiped out, and many villagers too. I barely escaped alive," she continued as they kept walking, "They ransacked the village, looking for the holy child. Come, Kintaro is this way. I hid him well."

Akemi led the Rabbit to a small sanctuary. Inside, there was a trap door located on the floor. Akemi then opened the trap door. Inside was a small white pug boy with brown eyes and a distinctive black-and-white patch on both his mouth and ears. His hair was black, reaching his shoulders, and one band was tied with a red rubber band in a ponytail at the top. He was dressed in red clothes with a gold Japanese sign in the middle, sandals on his feet and golden cuffed bracelets on each of his wrists. On his back, he had a goldfinch.

"It's about time! I was in there for days! How dare you treat me so disrespectfully!" Kintaro rebuked, much to the Rabbit's surprise.

"This is the holy child?" he asked Akemi incredulity, as Kintaro continued to rant.

"Please humor him. He has been pampered his entire life because he is the Golden boy, destined to posses superhuman abilities. Just...not yet," She the Rabbit both lifted Kintaro up from his hiding spot. "My apologies, Kintaro-sama. This is Miyamoto Usagi. He is a fierce swordsman, and with his help, I will deliver you to the temple palace." Akemi assured Kintaro.

"Bah! This sorry-looking long-eared?" Kintaro scoffed, pointing as Usagi. "He looks like he coudn't deliver sushi to a banquet!" He picked up his axe and walked out the door; only to get yanked back in by Akemi.

Akemi poked her head out and looked around. Once she was sure the coast was clear, she walked out with Usagi and Kintaro right behind her.

"We must get started, immediately. The hour has already grown late," Akemi began. She then felt a sudden sharp pain in her leg and collapsed. "Uh!"

"Akemi!" Usagi immediately went to her side. He saw her grasp her leg, realizing she was seriously hurt. "You're injured."

"But I am...not hurt badly," she told him as she got up and tried to walk again, "I must continue with you to escort the boy-Ugh!" Akemi trembled, grasping her injured leg in discomfort. Even Kintaro seemed worried for her.

"No." Usagi replied, "You are barley able to stand, much less travel over mountains. You must stay here and rest."

Although Akemi was determined to get Kintaro to his temple, she knew her rabbit friend was correct. "You are right," she turned towards Kintaro, whom just walked in front of her, "Kintaro, you must go with Usagi. Do what he says."

This displeased Kintaro so much that he threw his axe down, crossing his arms in a stubborn way. "I am not listening to this stupid Ronin. He was late for the battle, and I don't like his face!" he said obdurately.

"Tara-kun!" Akemi scolded, which got Kintaro's attention, "Do as he says! He will protect you."

Kintaro looked away, trying to find a way to answer. But he could not. As much as he hated this plan, he couldn't see any other options.

"Well...I'll...Alright!" Kintaro said reluctantly, "But I will hold onto my axe of power." He then pointed to Usagi, "Just remember your place, Ronin, and treat with the respect I deserve!" he said as he swung his axe over his head, only become unbalanced and fall on his back.

And so, with his mission set, Usagi and Kintaro began to towards the exit of the town. But before leaving, he looked back towards Akemi and put his kasa hat back on.

"Good luck Usagi-san." she whispered as she watched them walk off. "May the Gods protect you."

As the two were traveling through the bamboo forest, Kintaro began complaining.

"You don't even have a horse? What kind of Ronin are you? Can you carry me you smelly rabbit?" he then ran in front of rabbit ronin, "Hello? Can you hear me with those giant ears of yours?!" Kintaro spoke loudly on the last question as if Usagi was deaf.

"Be silent, Kintaro-sama. We must not be noticed on the road." Usagi said, placing a bone in Kintaro's mouth and patting him on the head before continuing on, much to the holy child's surprise and anger.

Kintaro spit the bone out. "What?! You dare insult the golden boy by offering a bone?!" he questioned angrily, still staying close to the rabbit ronin.

Usagi pulled down his kasa hat, annoyed at Kintaro's constant ranting and complaining. He knew this was going to be a long journey. One that would require and test his patience and tolerance.

However, unbeknownst to either of them, they were being watched...

Somewhere on a high mountain top, Jei spied on them through a stone-like bowl full of water.

"So, Ronin, the Gods have you to me again eh? No has escaped my blade before. I will need great warriors to destroy you, Miyamoto Usagi." He said as reached into his kimono pulling out four talismans, each shaped like a turtle. "Powerful pawns to strike when the time is right."

Jei held the talismans over the bowl and began to chant an incantation in Japanese.

As he did this, the four talismans floated out of his hand. As rose higher into the sky they each began to glow a different color: orange, purple, red, and blue. And in a flash of lightning the four talismans turned into the turtles themselves!

The four brothers fell on the ground. They got up and checked their surroundings. Where were they? A couple seconds ago they were in the lair doing their own things and now they were here!

"Where...where the heck are we?" Leonardo, the leader in blue, asked as they got to their feet.

"Donnie! Have you been messing with some portal experiment again?" Raphael, the hothead of the team, asked.

"Why do you always assume its me?" Donatello, the smart one, retorted.

Michelangelo, whom was the wild one, just enjoyed eating a slice of pizza he had with him.

From the hill above them, Jei watched in slight surprised at his new pawns. "These are the great warriors I asked for?" he questioned. A wicked grin came on his face as he chuckled. They were merely children, young and impulsive, they would be easy to manipulate. He then turned around and began to walk down the hill acting like a weak old man.

Back down the hill, while Raph and Donnie were still at each others throats, the Turtles soon took notice of Jei, whom was pretending to be an innocent victim.

"Ahh, Turtle ninja, mythic kappa of legend?" Jei walked over to them and reached his hand forward, "I need you help."

He walked towards Mikey, "I was attacked by a vicious rabbit Ronin," he said as he placed his hand on Mikey's shoulder; which creeped him out a little. "Save me, save me from the wrath of this madman please!"

When Jei stared into his eyes, Mikey's began to turn white. He was now under Jei's control. "We can take care of this evil jerk face for you. No worries, brah." Mikey said in a completely emotionless tone.

"He is pure evil, I can sense it inside him," Jei said, placing his hand on Raph's and Donnie's shoulders until they became just like Mikey.

He walked over to Leo, placing his hand on his shoulder, "Corrupting him like a plague." Jei finished.

Leo tried to resist, but soon fell deeply into the dark spell. "Evil. Yes, we can help you old man. No problem." Leo said in a monotone voice.

Jei smirked at how easily he had taken control of the Turtles. He then walked towards the cliff side, "Hunt down and destroy the long-eared Ronin, who travels with a child. But do not harm the boy."

He turned around and pointed his spear while commanding them, "Go. Do my biding Turtle warriors. Destroy the one called...Miyamoto Usagi.

Hours later, it became night. Usagi and Kintaro had managed to get a small campfire going in a small cave. Usagi adjusted the firewood using a stick while Kintaro warmed his hands

However, to say that Kintaro was upset was an understatement.

"You're useless, slow, and probably a terrible cook too!" Kintaro ranted, throwing a rock at Usagi, twice, but the ronin was able to avoid them easily, "It's already night, and the camp should have been set up hours ago!"

"We have only just stopped," Usagi replied calmly. "You must be patient Kintaro." He then offered Kintaro the stick, "Unless you like to help?"

Kintaro looked completely offended by this. He stood up and said, "Do you dare suggest I dirty my hands with peasant work?! Fool!" He threw another rock, but Usagi batted it away with the stick instead of dodging it.

Usagi stood up and walked down to the river to collect more firewood. After collecting some logs, he decided to get some fresh water from the river.

As he collected the water he reminded himself, "He is still a child. I must remain patient." Although Kintaro was a spoiled brat who could get on anyones nerves, he had to keep cool and finish his task.

His train of thought was broken however when four certain ninja turtles rose from the water.

Usagi dropped the firewood and placed a hand on his blades. "What is this?" he questioned.

The turtle warriors were silent as drew their weapons.

They then dashed towards Usagi, each of them swinging their weapons towards the rabbit ronin, but Usagi blocked them all with his katana. The Rabbit Ronin stood his ground, ready to do whatever it took to defend Kintaro, whom at the moment, was standing behind him and cowering in fear.

"We must hide! They are kappa!" Kintaro cried in fear.

"But like no kappa I have ever seen." Usagi clarified.

The Turtles attacked again, this time using throwing stars, but Usagi deflected them. He soon found himself up against Raph as the red-clad turtle began swiping and slashing at him. Donnie then swung his bo-staff at him, but Usagi grabbed it and kicked him into a tree. Mikey then came and tried bash him with his nunchucks but Usagi dodged and smacked him away with Donnie's staff. He then turned around and blocked another of Raph's strikes before grabbing him and throwing him into Mikey, knocking them both into the river. Leo tried to attack Usagi, trying to catch him off guard. But Usagi turned around and clashed into Leo's double blades. The two struggled against each other before they moved a few feet away from each other.

"You are not unskilled, demon. A willow branch is thirsty," Usagi told Leo as they lunged towards each other again, clashing each others swords. "And I will quench its thirst with your blood."

The two kept on fighting, off dishing out strikes while blocking and parring them, with both of them evenly matched. As their battle soon moved towards the water, Usagi had to admit, this young turtle was good with sword, easily keeping up with him and holding his own.

Just then, Kintaro ran into the battle holding his axe.

"I will save you, stupid rabbit!" he announced before tripping on a rock and accidentally throwing his axe forward. The axe flew past the two, bounced off a tree, and smacked Leo right in the head.

Leo's eyes returned to normal as he fell face first into the water.

"Ow! What the? My head! What happened?" Leo said rubbing his sour head.

Kintaro heard the Leader in blue while getting his axe. He looked around at the confused kappa as they were getting up. He soon realized what was going on.

"Stop!" Kintaro said, grabbing Usagi's arm, "Kappa, I sense you are under an evil enchantment!"

"Guys, the kid's right." Leo called out to his brothers as they got up.

"We're not bad guys little pug dude. Ronin rabbit here is." Mikey said, pointing at Usagi.

"Usagi is my loyal bodyguard," Kintaro simplified, "Even if he is a useless peasant."

"Oh man, what a headache!" Raph groaned, whom was still laying in the river. "Skull's aching."

"Yeah, this is like a double chocolate Mikey pizza hangover." Donnie added, holding his head.

"I sense they are not evil." Kintaro told Usagi.

"Then what are these strange yoki?" Usagi questioned while looking at the Turtles. Leo took slight offense to that question as he stood up. "Strange? Look whose talking, a giant samurai rabbit!" he retorted, pointing his sword at Usagi.

"All I remember is this blind wolf guy telling us to find a long-eared samurai." Mikey said while laying on a rock.

"What "Blind wolf guy"?" Usagi asked. Donnie walked up to him, "He summoned us here somehow. To your dimension." Leo then sheathed his katanas, "He carried a black spear, unlike anything I've ever seen before."

"Black spear? That old blind wolf is not blind, but possessed with evil." explained the Rabbit Ronin as he too sheathed his swords. "His name is Jei. He had you under a spell. Where are you from, young kappa?"

Before Leo or any of the turtles could answer, they were interrupted by Kintaro.

"Who cares where they're from? Look how ugly they are." insulted the holy child. The Turtles all glared at Kintaro. "And my sensitive nose can't handdle how bad they smell!"

"Be silent, child!" Usagi scolded, whom was behind Kintaro and caused him to jump and fall into the river. He then turned his attention to the Turtles, "Excuse the boy, Kappa warriors." He then gestured towards his camp site, "Please, share our camp fire with us."

A few minutes had passed, and the Turtles were now sitting around the campfire with Usagi and Kintaro.

"Thanks Usagi." Leo said, "So, whats your story?"

That got Raph, Donnie, and even Mikey and Kintaro's attention as they too were wanting to know.

"I was Lord Mistfune's personal bodyguard in the battle against Lord Haiji." Usagi told. "Our forces would have been victorious, had not a trusted general betrayed our lord. It was my duty to protect him, and I failed. I became a Ronin, roaming the land." he paused, feeling the scar above his eye. The Turtles were amazed and saddened by what the rabbit ronin had been through. And although the tale was not a happy one, they had gained much respect for him. "Now I am charged with taking this boy to the temple palace of his order. But where do you come from, strange warriors?" Usagi asked.

"My brothers and I are from far away." Leo replied. "Its..Its kinda hard to explain."

"Have we traveled back in time again?" Raph asked. "I don't think so," Donnie said, "We must have been transported to another dimension. One inhabited by anthropomorphic animals instead of humans."

"Sounds like our kind of place!" Mikey said cheerfully, whom was trying to warm his pizza over the fire.

"So how do we get back?" Leo asked.

Usagi took a moment to think of the answer. "Hmm...The monks of Kintaro's order may know a way. They are powerful mystics."

This brought a spark of hope in the Turtles. "That could work." Donnie said to Usagi.

"Ha!" Kintaro scoffed, "These pathetic turtles are doomed."

Mikey scowled. "Whatever Pugtaro!" he retorted. This made the other Turtles smirk and chuckle a little towards each other while Kintaro growled. "Yeah, thats what I'm gonna call now. It's a way better name than Kintaro." Mikey said with a smirk.

In anger, Kintaro stood up and pointed at Mikey, "And what would a simple reptile know? You don't even have ears or a nose!"

Mikey comically covered his face, grunting. Eventually, the two began fighting each other with their arms. As the Turtles and Usagi stared at the two, they could easily tell this was going to be a very long journey.

The next morning, everyone was already walking through the forrest. Usagi was at the head of the group with Kintaro close behind. The Turtles all stayed close to them from a short distance

Leo had too admit, while he wasn't interested in staying forever, he was rather amazed by this worlds beauty. He had always heard stories about feudal Japan, but never thought he would actually be able to experience it himself in a way.

"So Usagi, how do you know Jei?" Leo asked.

"Our paths crossed once when I sent to stop someone that was going around annihilating innocent lives," Usagi began while slightly facing Leo and walking, "I tracked Jei down to bring him to justice, one night, only to find that he had murdered a family. I showed no mercy against him. When I asked him who he was, he told me he was the Blade of the Gods, to cleanse the world of its evil. Jei would have killed me, if it wasn't for a storm that struck a lightning bolt at him. When I awoke, all that remained of him was his weapon. And that was the last I ever saw of him."

Leo rubbed his chin, intrigued by Usagi's story. The way he described it, Jei sounded like a mysterious and powerful enemy, not to mention a mad man. Why a crazy wolf like Jei would go through all this trouble to summon him and his brothers from another world to do his dirty work? There was definitely something else to Jei's plan. If only he knew.

"Ugh, I can't believe we're stuck here!" Grumbled Raph, "Donnie, can't you invent something that could send us back home?"

"Well, I could try to build a portal to get back to our home dimensions," Donnie replied, "But manufacturing all the necessary wires and components would only take approximately," Donnie began counting with his fingers, "Fifty-seven years."

"Sweet! Good thing turtles have long lives!" Mikey said excitedly.

Before anyone could reply to that, Usagi stopped and lifted his hand, "Listen" he said.

The Turtles looked around but could only hear the sound of the wind blowing the leaves.

"What is it? I don't hear anything." Leo said, still a little obscured.

"Horses are approaching from the east." Usagi said pointing in the direction of the source.

Everyone looked to each other before nodding. They then ran and quickly climbed up the trees. Mikey quickly wrapped his kusarigama chain around Kintaro and pulled him up into the trees.

Seconds later, a band of Samurai riding horses, passed by them.

"Kintaro, are these the samurai that attacked your village?" Usagi whispered.

The young pug looked at them and whispered back, "They are," He then pointed to the leader, "And thats Sumo Kuma."

Sumo Kuma appeared as a large anthropomorphic brown bear, with light gold and brown eyes, and bun of hair on the top of his head. For his attire, he wore a sumo robe with orange, blue, black, and gold colors. There were golden flower patterns on his shoulders, a red-orange hexagon pattern on the sides plus a bandana on his head, blue flower patterns on his belt, and blue triangle patterns with a black background on his sleeves. He also carried a kanabo as his weapon.

"We need to find out what their plan is for the boy," Usgai told the Turtles, "But how can we get close enough to hear them?"

Leo couldn't hide back the smirk that grew on his face, "We're ninja. We're experts at getting close to people." He replied. Usagi gave a small smile at that.

The Turtles dove in, using their stealth skills to take out four of the bodyguards. They were almost caught by another guard when Leo quickly came in, grabbing the bodyguard knocking him out quickly. Soon after that, they tied up the knocked-out bodyguards to a nearby tree with some rope, but not after disrobing them of their armor.

"Quick, before they realize they're missing a few riders." Leo whispered as he finished tying up the bodyguards.

"Aw yeah!" Mikey cheered, "I'm digging the samurai turtle look!"

"Well I'm not," Raph grumbled, "How do people even move in these things?"

Kintaro looked around, noticing that there were five horses instead of six, "What about me? Your'e missing a horse fools!" he said. Raph and Usagi looked at each other before smirking. Raph opened a nearby basket before stuffing Kintaro in it.

"Alright, get in there shorty. And don't make a peep!" Raph told the Holy child.

"Let me out of here! I told you I don't like small spaces! I will have your heads for this!" Kintaro protested before Raph put the lid on the basket.

"Don't worry, young one, this is for your own good." Usagi assured as he and Raph put him on a horse.

"Excitable little guy, isn't he?" Donnie observed before putting his mask on, "Not at all what I pictured the mystical savior of the realm to be like."

"I bet he's just grumpy 'cause he missed breakfast." Raph snarked as he got onto his horse.

"We all did, man! So hungry." Mikey whined.

"Quiet, guys. Lets blend in." Leo told them as he put on his mask and began riding.

Usagi and the other Turtles followed him . . . well, all except Raph; whom was having a hard time riding his horse.

"Oh man! Easy girl! Why do horses hate me?!"

"Hurry stragglers!" Sumo Kuma ordered, "Keep up! The master awaits us."

Meanwhile the Turtles and Usagi were able to blend in perfectly with the other samurai.

"Spread out. But do not let Sumo Kuma spot you." Usagi whispered to Leo and the others, whom all nodded in response. They each moved away from the group, trying to listen in on the other samurais conversations.

"I don't trust master Jei." one samurai said to another.

"But there is something in his voice that compels me to serve him," The second samurai replied, "He is a wise leader. We must obey him. No matter the cost."

Leo, Raph, Donnie looked to each other, having heard the conversation. "Master Jei?" Raph whispered, confused.

"Somethings up guys," Leo whispered, "And it's not Mikey's garlic fudge pizza."

Suddenly, Sumo Kuma sniffed the air, having caught a strange (and quite fowl) scent in the air. His eyes narrowed as he turned his head around slowly, gazing at group of samurai, until he noticed that five of them looked quite different. His suspicions growing, Sumo Kuma raised his kanabo, signaling his warriors to stop.

This made the Turtles look around worriedly.

Sumo Kuma then turned around, "We have intruders in our midst." He growled.

The Ronin warriors turned towards the disguised Turtles and Rabbit samurai, quickly surrounding them. Leo and Usagi, realizing they had been caught, put their hands on their swords, waiting for the right moment.

"Oh no." Leo muttered as he slowly unsheathed his sword.

Suddenly, one of the ronin shot an arrow that was about to hit Mikey.

"Watch out!" Leo shouted, coming in and deflecting the arrow with his katana.

"Whoa! Thanks Leo!" Mikey replied as Leo clashed with another warrior.

Usagi soon joined in as they quickly began taking out a few guards before riding away with the others.

And so the chase was on. The Turtles and Usagi rode their horses with Sumo Kumo and his men close behind.

"How did you find us out?" Leo questioned while blocking Sumo Kuma's kanabo attacks with his sword.

"You smell different!" Sumo Kuma answered.

"What?" Raph questioned, smelling himself, "Why do we smell different?!"

"We live in a sewer, dude! Not hard to figure out!" Mikey replied as he snapped the reins on his horse.

Just then, one warrior jumped on Raph's horse. Fortunately, the red clad turtle was able to throw him off his horse. Donnie knocked a warrior of his horse with his staff before eventually another warrior with a wooden spear. Their weapons clashed as they were seemingly evenly matched. "Heads up!" Mikey called out as knocked Donnie's sparrer off his horse.

Leo moved swiftly, knocking a few riders off their horses with his katana. Usagi soon followed after him, deflecting several arrows and defeating many other warriors.

Mikey, whom was off his horse, jumped from tree to tree until he kicked a samurai off his horse. He then began riding it like a surf board.

"Faster, Kappa! We're loosing them!" Usagi called out.

The five heroes now appeared to be out of danger as they rode quickly through the small valley.

Leo then turned, and his eyes widened slightly as he saw more samurai were coming up on both sides. "Uh, Usagi?" Leo started. The Rabbit Ronin also noticed the riders. He then looked back and noticed Sumo Kuma quickly gaining on them. "Move ahead, Kappa!" He ordered.

Usagi pulled back, taking out three warriors that were near Sumo Kuma. Once they were out of the way, Usagi stood atop his horse, and with a big leap, he landed of Sumo Kuma's horse. He swung his katana at him, but Sumo Kuma caught the blade before swinging his kanabo at him, only for Usagi to flip back onto his horse.

"I have heard of you, Long Eared! I will relish in crushing you proud skull," Sumo Kuma declared. He gave a roar as clashed his kanabo with Usagi's sword. "You are no match for me, little one!" Just then, Donnie came up right beside him, whacking his horse with his bo staff, causing Sumo Kumo to fall off his horse and crash into a big rock, knocking him out.

Meanwhile, Mikey jumped off his horse, doing a spin kick to take down two other samurai. Raph then turned around, knocking out another rider, but also accidentally knocking the basket holding Kintaro off his horse. "Pugtaro!" Mikey called out as he rushed up the hill and jumped on Raph's horse. "Saving this brat better be worth it!" Raph shouted as they galloped after the holy child.

"Hey! Whats going on out there?!" Kintaro shouted, unaware of his predicament as the basket he was in rolled down the hill, "You stupid Kappa! I'll get you for this! You are the worst bodyguards! You couldn't protect a rock!"

Leo and Usagi looked towards each other before nodding. Usagi then knocked an archer off his horse, grabbing the bow and arrow and taking aim.

"My...brain...feels..like..mochi!" Kintaro groaned while still spinning out of control.

Usagi then fired two arrows with perfect range and accuracy as the two arrows hit each other, causing them land right in of a tree that the basket was about crash into. This caused the basket Kintaro was in to catapult past the tree until Leo rushed in and caught the basket, screeching his horse to a stop.

Leo looked back at the samurai, only to see more archers firing upon them and even more riders gaining on them. "Uh oh." Leo muttered under his breath.

"Ride!" Usagi shouted.

The Turtles quickly caught up with Usagi, riding as fast as their horses would take them while they deflected some of the incoming arrows with their weapons.

"Their gaining on us!" Leo shouted.

"Hurry, Kappa! Ride faster!" Usagi replied as he snapped the reins on his horse.

Donnie then noticed something up ahead, and his eyes winded at horrifying realization. "Oh no. Cliff!" Donnie shouted.

As their horses jumped off the cliff, the five heroes fell, screaming all the way.

To be continued...
