When You're Gone
The raindrops are falling from the sky and people are running to avoid getting wet. I don't know why they bother, it doesn't help.
The world is a strange place, full of things no one truly understands or appreciates.
Life for instance; life is too short for idiots who take life for granted.
You can talk to someone you care a lot about, and the next day they can be gone.
I didn't know. If I knew, I would tell her how sorry I was for all the things I said and did.
But I didn't know. When I got the call, my mind became blank. I couldn't think.
I didn't even notice the tears running down my cheeks.
I wanted to scream – scream my lungs out.
I still want to, but not from the same reason as from back then.
Now I want to scream at myself. How could I be so blind – so stupid?
-I'm so sorry.
I know now; Life is too short for idiots – idiots like me – who take life for granted, because the days we are given are gifts we should appreciate.
-Yoru, wait up.
I turn around to see him running towards me. He's quit easy to spot, with that blue hair of his.
He runs towards me, waiving his hand. It feels like my heart skips a beat.
-Hey, Grimmjow.
The rain has stopped now, and the sun is turning visible behind those dark clouds.
