Beauty

Summary: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Then again, all these beholders seemed to think she's beautiful.

As a spy, you try to be conspicuous. However, certain situations call for a different sort of camouflage.

Social events with very important people that wear very expensive jewelry and designer clothing call for a different sort of camouflage. Like a ball gown and teardrop earrings with diamond studded stilettos: that's a different kind of camouflage.

And when Natasha Romanoff walked in with Captain Steve Rogers on her arm, and everyone turned to look at them, she seemed to think that they were all staring at the beautifully crafted man known as Captain America.

She could not have been more wrong.

Women gasped at the sight of the stunning red curls paired with a beige diamond studded dress with teardrop diamond earrings and her diamond studded stilettos. Men looked her up and down with only one thing on their minds as their dates tried frantically to keep the men's attention on them, not her. Steve Rogers turned and whispered into her ear, something that she laughed loudly at, garnering even more attention at her melodious laugh.

There was no denying it; Natasha Romanoff looked beautiful that night. And there were only five other people in that room who knew why.

The sixth person would find out later, in a not so beautiful way.
