My Own Happily Ever After
She'd always wanted her own fairy tale. She'd read of all these people who go through all sorts of troubles only to come out on the other side with a "happily ever after" ending. Well, after all the wishing, a fairy tale is exactly what Lily Evans got.
They met at the airport in St. Thomas. Well, it wasn't really a meeting per say, more of a crash - Getting off the plane, she tripped and grabbed on to him to keep from falling down the stairs, but he was caught off guard, and they both tumbled to the ground ten steps below. "Sorry," she said sheepishly after they'd landed.
"Yeah, now you've gone and gotten yourself all beat up right before a lovely vacation, haven't you? Or are you here on business?" he asked, helping her up.
"No, you had it right the first time," she said while dusting herself off, "My only business here is to have a good time."
"That's good," he said, "it'd be a shame if you came here and weren't able to enjoy your stay."
"Yes, I suppose it would," she replied. An awkward silence fell, "Well, sorry about that, hope you have a good trip."
"I'm sure I will," he said, "How long will you be here for?"
"Two weeks," she said, "my friends and I rented a boat, how about you?"
"I'm here for a week, same deal, only it's my parent's cat – Salty Cat."
"Oh, Dune Dreamer, she's a 40' cat, if you see her."
"Oh, I'm sure we will," he replied cheekily. "By the way," he continued, "the name's James."
"Well then, goodbye James," she said, and walked away.
"Oi!" he shouted at her retreating back, "What's your name?"
She turned slightly and screamed back, "Lily!" And that's how it all began.
So, what did you lot think? Should I continue? Anyways review, even if you hated it. Thanx a bunch of cookies:D:D:D:D
