10 people are invited on a cruise by a mysterious person and they all accept. When one of those ten have a vision of the ship sinking and rescues the other 9 and herself, deaths start occurring in the order it would have if they had been left on the boat. When each person receives a nursery rhyme hours after being saved and find out that the deaths are being based on the rhyme, they find that Death is not the killer, but one of them are.

I know this isn't much, but I just wanted to get the nursery rhyme and characters out there. Also, even though some people (Judge Gallner) may seem to be people in the story, they aren't. Also, this is a Final Destination and And Then There Were None crossover.
