Ch1 The call

Disclaimer I don't own Resident Evil however Alex is my own character and Morehead City is a real place and I don't own Sportscenter or ESPN nor T.O. or the NFL

The alarm buzzed annoyingly causing Alex to stir then slam it off looking at the time, And thinking to himself who the hell sets the alarm to 1 am. He then sat up and realized it was him who set the alarm because he didn't want to miss Sportscenter on ESPN. Remembering this he got up used the bathroom and went out to the kitchen to nab him a little snack. Of course at this time of night and on his budget he had to settle with a beer and cold pizza. On his way to the couch he had a strange feeling that something was out of place but he shrugged it off as a buzz to the beer, thinking maybe its been sitting too long, he located the remote and cut it on hearing the latest T.O. report which was the same shit as always nothing was ever new with the drama queen of the NFL. This boring report was thank fully cut short by the phone ringing

"Alex speaking what do you need?" he said answering the phone the voice on the other side being very indistinct

"Really at the port?, What time? The whole crew?, Are you sure? No I am not busy…. Yes ill be there in 30 minutes" he then hung up the phone and got dressed in his usual blue jeans and a nice shirt with his gun holster strapped to his waist with his Beretta in it.

His final task was to locate his keys which were never in the same spot but on this night they were right beside the door so it made it so much easier getting out and to his 1968 Camaro that was black with orange flames down the side, with a turbo 350 and manual transmission, this one was tuned so it could hit 0 to 60 in the terms of "damn that's fast" of course as this time of night we wasn't going to peel his tires and on this peaceful Morehead City night he wasn't about to wake anyone.

As he made his way down town to the port he realized that this small North Carolina City was never really busy even though it was one of the few state ports. And tonight was no exception since the roads were empty and the night was so clear that you could see all the way down to the port with the older buildings lining the way along the waterfront that the NC Seafood Festival made famous over the years.

Alex dialed his phone "hey I am almost there what dock … ok Ill be right there let the guards know…." He past the guard house that was empty which gave him the sick feeling something is wrong "since when is the guardhouse empty?" with that he pulled up to the dock and got out looking at a huge barge that had crashed into the dock. The only question was why was it crashed into the dock? And what happen to the crew to cause this to happen?
