"City filled to the brim with whores and criminals, all monsters in this festering hell hole… But, crime is low tonight. Time to rest." Rorschach said in his scratchy monotone voice, biting a bit of the pretzel he got from a vendor earlier.

He turned to face his companions. "Of course, work is never done. Must remain ever vigilant. Can never let my guard down." There was a sound of mild annoyance from his fellow rooftop friends.

"Well, of course. Can't ever afford to rest. But. Scoured the cities twice tonight. Not a crime to be seen." Rorschach replied, taking another chomp of the pretzel.

His companions made another sound, this one of disapproval. Rorschach sighed. "Point taken. Should probably give it another round, just in case." He stared at his snack. "Want the rest?" he asked, hold it out.

The birds quickly pulled it apart, gulping the salty snack down. Rorschach headed to the fire escape to get back on ground level. His companions hooted a goodbye.

"Hurm." He said to himself and he climbed down. "Never knew owls lived in cities."
