Inuyasha's Fatal Decision - Prologue

Kagome, on her way to school, finds the teleporter to the feudal era. She decides to visit Inuyasha, who hasn't seen her for 3 years. She enters into a conflict between Miroku and Sango (not very surprising). This particular argument consisted of phrases such as...

"Why can't you just let me go see her!?" - Miroku. And...

"Because, she hasn't seen us in 3 years! Don't you think she just wants to be alone? After all, who wouldn't want to after the way a certain dog-demon betrayed her for his ex like that!!" - Sango, in response.

Kagome had just entered on this last part of the conversation, not even knowing that Inuyasha had betrayed her... again! Upon hearing this, she picked up her things and ran back home, through the well. Sango and Miroku just noticed her then, but not soon enough to stop her, and they decided against following her. It was for the better.

Inuyasha was on his way back to meet with Sango and Miroku after his date with Kikyo - they had just been to the old bridge making out, when Kikyo remebered she had to finish some errands that she had come that way for, in the first place - when Sango had explained what had just happened.

"Kagome had just heard us talking about you and Kikyo," she said.

"What!? Damn, not again!"
