The Grinch And Cookies
Another plume of black smoke came out of the opening Mount Crumpit. The smoke detector blaring rather loudly in the background. Much to the Grinch's dismay as he tried to turn the offending noise for the umteempth time. As all this was going on all of Whoville below was wondering what was going on. Had the Grinch truly gone back to his old ways or had he truly changed last Christmas Eve. Back on Mount Crumpit however after all the smoke cleared the Grinch looked down at his latest failure. The Grinch took one look at his latest pile of burnt blackened cookies; and threw them into the pile with the rest of the burnt blackened cookies. Sighing and thinking to himself how hard it was for him to bake some cookies for the people of Whoville. In order to show his appreciation for turning over a new leaf last Christmas and inviting him into their family.
The Grinch's thoughts turned back to his cookie problem. It wasn't a big one he just wanted to do something nice for the people of Whoville. But apparently by the looks of it he needed more practice in the art of cookie baking. Case in point as the Grinch looked over once again he saw his loyal dog Max sniff the pile of cookies; only to recoil at the sight and smell of them. In fact it made Max's stomach churn and not in a good way. The Grinch and Max's new friend the reindeer named Fred saw no problem with them sight smell taste or otherwise; he thought they were a okay. This caused The Grinch and Max to both run out of the house before both either could puke. However once outside both Max and The Grinch looked in the direction of Whoville and came to the same conclusion. If can't bake cookies for the time being then why not buy them; and that's what The Grinch and Max did leaving Fred the reindeer to his devices providing he didn't eat the entire house out while they were gone.
