Mikan had not seen Natsume for a year. When they had first entered the high-school division of the school, he had been with her, but soon went missing. People had claimed to see him occasionally, but when they went to look, he wasn't there. His fan girls went ballistic, and sometimes Permy burst out into tears, but Mikan wasn't bothered. No, it wasn't because they had a fight and hated each other, or they had grown apart over the years.

In fact, their bond had grown stronger. So strong, in fact, that Natsume smiled around her. They confided in each other. They loved each other. But, even after all those years, it was an unspoken love. They seemed to content with how it was to do anything about it.

It was raining one day, and Mikan stared blissfully at the trees of the surrounding forest. Daydreaming about all the adventures she had as a kid.

"Mikan? doesn't it bother you at all that Natsume is gone?" Permy asked her for the 456th time.

"Not really. I miss him, but I know that he will come back." She replied by default. She thought she saw something dark move in the trees, and stood up quickly.

"What? Did you see him?" Ruka asked her, almost jokingly. Mikan had been the first to claim that they saw him. She thought she saw him a couple of other times, but dared not say it, lest she become the subject of ridicule.

"No... Just a bird." She replied.

"Really? And I missed it? Jeez..." Ruka complained that he didn't get see yet another of his animal friends.

The day droned on... Lesson after lesson... chatter after chatter... scolding after scolding... chalkboard eraser thrown at your head after chalkboard eraser being thrown at you head. Exhausted, Mikan climbed into her 1 star bed in her 1 star dorm. She fell into a peaceful sleep, dreaming of Natsume.

In her dream, They were talking, Natsume was smiling, but he was inching ever so closer to her, and soon, his hand was on top of hers, and his face, mere inches away from hers. She stared into his red eyes, and they seemed so real. He slowly pushed her back onto the grassy field, and she flinched and shut her eyes as water dripped from his face onto her cheek and one of his hands cupped her chest. Her eyes flung open and she was back in her room, away from the grassy field in her dream, but it seemed that she dragged something back from her dream.

In the dark of her room, dripping wet, Natsume was leaning over her and feeling her up. Suddenly, she snapped awake and slapped him. He fell off her bed and onto the wooden floor.

"They haven't grown much, have they?" He shot at her before he closed his eyes and relaxed on the ground.

"Oh my god, Natsume?" Mikan asked, surprised. She never thought that she would be in the situation where she would be molested in her sleep by the guy she loved after not seeing him for a year only for him to end up passed out on her floor.

What the heck is going on?
