Sanji sat on the toilet seat, in his dark blue robe, with one leg in the bathtub and the other propped on the edge. Warm water was running from the faucet, and he just had to get the last spot behind his leg before he was finished. A can of shaving cream sat forgotten on the floor, and he swore that if he found one more stray hair he would flip.
He heard the front door of their apartment open and shut in quick succession.
Damn it.
Zoro was home already. Didn't sound like he'd be coming to the bathroom soon, so he probably had a few more minutes. Rinsing the last bit of suds from his hairless leg, he dried off. Sanji looked at the door when footsteps padded past and went on into their bedroom. Standing up, he grabbed his scented lotion and rubbed it into his legs until the skin was soft again.
Zoro knocked on the door. "Oi, cook. You takin' a shit?"
Talk about a mood killer. "No, dumbass. I'll be out in a second."
"All right. I'll be in the living room."
"Don't go in there. I'll meet you in the bedroom." Sanji put the razor and shaving cream in the cabinet under the sink.
Zoro grunted, and did what he was told.
Under normal circumstances that would be a red flag, but Sanji knew that Zoro was just too tired from work to fight with him today. It's one of the few reasons he decided to shave at all. Well, that, and he liked rubbing his smooth legs against one another.
Leaving the bathroom, he went into their bedroom, and saw Zoro had taken off everything but his boxer-briefs.
"What's going on, cook?"
Sanji rubbed his hair and felt that it was still a little damp. Lifting the fringe out of his face, he looked at Zoro with both eyes and smiled. Zoro's face grew red, he sat up with his back against the headboard, and his fingers clenched into into the bed sheets.
He walked over to his side of the bed, being sure to drop the robe so it hung below his shoulders. Zoro's adams apple bobbed the closer he got, until he sat square in the swordsman's lap. Sanji lifted his naked leg, so his knee was nearly against his chest, and the sole of it laid against the cold wood of the headboard.
"Normally, I'd just shave the extra hair on my face or under my arms, but this time I tried something else," he trailed off as he undid the tie around his robe, but kept the fabric pulled over his chest.
"A-and what's that?" Zoro smiled, but his eyebrow was twitching revealing his nervousness.
"Let's find out."
