Despair
Willow had passed out at the end of his brother's battle, and now that big brother walked through a silence meadow, carrying his lil' brother in his back. Snowflakes hanged over the air and there were nothing that could break the silence right now. And it really was driving Rowan mad. He wanted to scream, he wanted to rip those novi's head off and scream again. Those bastards had killed his mum! And they had hurt his Will… Oh how he prayed that that cave would just come to sight already, he wanted to check that his little brother was alright. And if he wouldn't be those bastards were really going to pay for that.
Few minutes later that cave came to Rowan's sight, and male almost run to there, but kept sure that Willow didn't fell over. Rowan walked all the way to the back of the cave and laid Willow to ground, who was still unconscious. Male sat down and watched his little brother's face, which didn't seem to be as peaceful as Rowan thought it would be. Rowan's eyes moved to Willow's wound on his head and licked that dry blood off. Then male laid down next to his brother and wrapped his tail over Willow protectively.
It wasn't until the next morning when Rowan opened his eyes, and the memories of yesterday came rushing back to his mind. It was really hard for Rowan to hold his tears back, but he didn't allow crying for himself, he had to be strong. Because of Willow and himself. He had to pull it together.
Just then Willow, who was still next to him, became somehow panicked and jumped up screaming. That surprised Rowan pretty badly, so it took little time before he realized that he had to calm Willow down.
Willow's POV (Point of view)
Slowly that little half wolf opened up his eyes. And he saw that red liquid everywhere. It was on the rock floor, it was in his paws and it tasted in his mouth. Memories, those cursed memories came back to him and Willow couldn't hold back the scream, couldn't hold back the tears. He screamed for his mum and for his brother in despair, why didn't he see anything but blood? He didn't wanna see that disgusting liquid. Willow jumped up and down, right and left, but it felt like he would be drowning to his own screaming and to that blood, that damned blood! Where was Rowan, he wanted to see Rowan! He couldn't breathe! He needed Rowan…
Then he heard that calming voice and felt his brother push him down against the cold cave floor.
End of Willow's POV
"Will! Willow! Can you hear me?" Rowan shouted at the same time as he kept his brother against the floor. "Please Willow, calm down!" Male said as that little body underneath him struggled and wriggled. Finally his little brother went quiet and calmed down. Carefully Rowan let go of his brother and stepped aside. "Willow?" He asked and was answered with younger brother's empty eyes, which were filled with tears. That view almost broke Rowan's heart; he hadn't ever before seen his brother like this. Willow had been so… full of life but now all that happiness was gone and in his eyes were only left pain and… despair. "Are you OK…?" Rowan asked, of course he knew that Will wasn't okay, but he couldn't ask anything else. He didn't know what else he should ask. Willow didn't say yes or no, just stared his brother. "Rowan…?" Was the small and dry voice that asked. "Yes, I'm right here Will…" Rowan said softly and sat down beside his little brother. "I'm right here..." one lonely tear drip from Willow's eye. "Don't leave me, please." And then the male fell unconscious again. "I won't Willow, I won't." Was the answer of older brother, as he watched his brother's little face. "I hope you won't leave me too."
