Disclaimer: Umm…duh.

It was Donatello who guessed.

Raphael was so blinded by his anger he couldn't even tell who his remaining brothers were. Michelangelo was so lost in grief that even if one of them had been sent in riding a unicycle and fell face first into a pie he wouldn't venture a chuckle. Leonardo was so shocked that when a door was accidentally left wide open (by a now dead newbie) he didn't even notice.

It was Donatello who guessed.

The four mutants had been trapped in the sick "game" for too long. Too long. A new factor had to be introduced. They were too…good. And so the factor was brought in. And it was muchly successful.

It was Donatello who guessed.

The factor was just as dangerous as the game itself. But brand-spankin' new. And the factor is what broke them. To the turtles, it was more dangerous than the game itself.

It was Donatello who guessed.

Leonardo knew he should have guessed because it was his duty to protect his brothers. Raphael believed he should have guessed so he wouldn't have to see them lead his brother away. Michelangelo thought he should have guessed to keep some of his innocence and not let his brother take the fate.

It was Donatello who guessed.

No one knew why Donatello guessed. They all believed they could hold out. Maybe he had predicted their chances and didn't like it. Maybe he figured out what the next move in the "game" was. Maybe he finally decided to take a calculated risk. The only being who knew for sure…was gone.

It was Donatello who guessed.

It was Donatello…who guessed.

Short but I'm proud of it (wow). So tell me what you think. You have two choices to do that. One: subliminal messaging. Two: hit the review button and type something up. Personally; I'd go with two. Just sayin'.
