CJ Cregg, the Bartlet Administration Press Secretary, barged into the office without warning. She held in one hand a Styrofoam cup of coffee and in the other, The Washington Post. She purchased both at Starbucks on the way to the Whitehouse this morning.

"We need to talk." she said with angst in her voice.

Toby Ziegler, the Communications Director, continued to type on his Notebook PC. It took more than a rude entrance to break his concentration. Toby made it in early this morning to polish a speech Sam Seaborn, his Deputy had written the night before. The President will be giving the speech tonight at the graduation ceremony for the Naval Academy in Maryland. The topic of the speech: Ethics in Government. A brilliant piece of work Sam wrote on how the Bartlet Administration is setting the standard on ethics and high morals in government for the twenty-first century.

"Is knocking no longer in fashion these day?" Toby muttered without glancing away from the screen as he typed.

"We need to talk..... Now!"

CJ slammed the Washington Post down on the desk with a loud thud. Toby froze. Without moving a muscle in his body his eyes slowly rolled up to stare at CJ. He can read by the expression in her face that something was seriously wrong. She was dramatically worried. he cocked his head to one side.

"What?" Toby asked in his soft monotone voice.

"It's not good. They didn't give me any warning! You would think they would want to hear the truth before printing! Read it for yourself."

CJ pointed to the headline on the Post. In big, black, bold lettering the headline proclaims, 'Whitehouse Solicits Sex From Prostitute'. Underneath the headline was a picture of none other than Sam Seaborn.

"This isn't good." said CJ staring down Toby for an answer to the problem at hand.

"Yeah..."
