Hundreds of years ago, North America was an untamed and wild land, full of wild animals and vast wildernesses. But for those who lived out their simple lives there, it couldn't have been more perfect.
A tall man with tan skin, wearing a tanned leather vest and pants, an eagle-feather head-dress, and red war-paint crouched down in the bushes, watching his prey like a hungry animal. When he saw his chance, he pounced on his victim... Only to be struck in the head with a whale-bone club. "Gaaah, dammit woman! What was that for?"
A woman with slightly darker skin, dressed in heavy fur from head to toe, with a slight hair curl, and holding the offending club, fumed. "I told you never to sneak up on me! I thought you were some kind of wild animal!" she yelled in a soft voice then turned to walk away.
The man wrapped his arms around her waist, "Come on, you know I didn't mean it, my little Eskimo Princess," he said as he tried to kiss her, but she huffed and turned away.
"Hmph, I was right, you are an animal."
He laughed and pecked her on the cheek before running away, laughing.
Steam blew out of her ears as she chased him through the woods, waving her club around like a crazy-person. "Get back here you damn feather-brain!" She chased him out of the woods and all the way to the sea. He stopped with his back turned to her and stared out at the sea. "I've got you now!" she readied her club to bash his head in, but stopped when she saw what he was looking at. "W-what's that?" she asked pointing to two very large ships.
He shrugged and made his way to the shore. He arrived just as a pair of row-boats arrived carrying two pale people with blond hair. The two stood up and walked onto shore. "Dammit France! Go home, I told you that this is my colony!"
The second man wagged his finger, "Ah, ah, aaah. You haven't set up any settlements yet my friend."
They continued to argue, completely unaware of the pair watching them. And as they watched these two foreigners argue, she couldn't shake the feeling that nothing would ever be the same.
