A/N: Sooo, I haven't been able to get anything out and when I actually have a plot bunny I have no time to write it down. It's the hard circle of life. Anyway, I've had this little drabble in my folders for some time now and I decided to clean it up and post it to prove that I'm not dead. It's set in this weird verse where Kurt and Brody are bros, Sebastian lives with them and Rachel and he's 'dating' Kurt, Brody isn't such an asshole, and apparently it's set somewhere where Finn is at...? Maybe Ohio during I Do? I seriously have no idea, but this may become into a bigger thing than just a mindless ficlet with no setting or plot, someday, probably very far away.
Brody felt a weight on his shoulders and tensed before recognizing the person as Kurt. He has his head on Brody's shoulder and his arms around Brody's chest. "You're sulking, Brody, and it's not attractive."
"I am not sulking," Brody denied, then added as a an afterthought,"and I'm always attractive."
Kurt ignored that last part.
"You realize she's only fishing you right?" Kurt said, motioning to where Rachel was dancing with Finn. Quite sultrily, Kurt thought.
"We both know how Rachel is, she's too proud to apologize herself, even though you both are at fault, so she's trying to make you jealous so you go apologize."
"Yeah? Well, it's working," Brody said. Kurt frowned.
"Don't just give in, Brody. Rachel thinks that she's special and that anyone is lucky to be in her presence much less her romantic life."
"She is special," Brody defended.
"She is," Kurt admitted," but so are you. Don't let her take advantage like that. Someday, Rachel Berry is going to learn that the other person in the relationship is just as important as her, but until then," Kurt sighed," don't give up no her, but don't let he walk over you."
"Kurt!" Sebastian called from a few feet away, dancing along with everyone else on the dance floor.
"Gotta go. Don't forget what I said," Kurt said as he walked to Sebastian.
Brody sighed as he watched them laugh at something. Kurt and Sebastian had once of the most controversial relationship he'd ever seen, yet they managed to make it work. Why couldn't he and Rachel do the same?
