So I was browsing through my Yahoo, and I found a very, VERY interesting article. Apparently our wonderful girl Emily Deschanel is PREGNANT! *dies* We just might get a BB baby after all! After reading that, this popped into my head! Enjoy and review!

BBBBBBBBBBB

Seeley Booth was the settling down kind.

Ever since he was young and protected his brother from his father's drunken rages, he swore he'd be a better father than his ever was.

He wanted to be a good husband, a good father, a good man. Everything his father hadn't been.

Then, when he'd least expected it, he'd gotten that chance. His girlfriend became pregnant, and immediately he'd proposed. Every woman wanted that, didn't they? They wanted a man who would take care of them, who would love them and protect them.

So he'd been shocked and heartbroken when she refused his proposal. And he had stayed that way, until the first time he held his son in his arms. Something in him had changed, and he had to wonder how any parent could ever hurt their child. Parker had become his world, his heart.

Rebecca's rejection stung deeply, and for the longest time, he had worried that he would never find anyone that he felt so strongly about.

Then a headstrong, stubborn, and somewhat cold anthropologist walked into his life, and his world had been turned upside down in a way that hadn't happened since Parker's birth. He found himself seeking purchase on his ever-changing world, but with her came stability, and something else.

For six years, he had pursued her. His want for her had cost him three failed relationships and a broken heart, but he realized that she was worth it. And when he finally managed to work past her hard exterior, he realized that he had the woman who had laid claim to his heart without even realizing it.

"Booth?"

A gentle voice shook him out of his thoughts, and he turned to the very woman he had been thinking of. Her hair spilled around her face, and her cheeks were flushed.

Between them sat a pregnancy test, and he reached for her hand.

"It's time."

Together they turned, and as the results registered in Booth's mind, he felt his heart leap up into his throat.

Brennan gasped softly, clutching his hand.

He let out a soft sound and drew her tightly against his chest. He had always tried not to ask God for too many things. After all, he had a healthy little boy, and the love of his life in his arms.

What more could a man ask for?

Brennan buried her face in his chest, her hand absently straying to her abdomen, where their child grew.

Booth kissed the side of her head as a stray tear rolled down his cheek. Thank you, God...

He couldn't ask for anything more.

The End.

A/N: Who else is totally DYING over this news? I know I am! I'm REALLY hoping that they won't hide her pregnancy (Like Mariska Hargitay) or make it be someone else's baby. Even if it's the AI using Booth's sperm, I'll be a happy camper. Am I right? Thanks for reading, and please review! CONGRATULATIONS, EMILY!
