I don't own anything
This is unbetaed.
Tino was sitting at the kitchen table with Berwald one early fall morning, Berwald was reading the paper and nurseing a cup of picked up the breakfast plates and went to the sink to wash them off before placing them in the washing machine. As he rinsed the dishes Tino looked up at a wall and sighed, placeing the last dish in the machine and drying his hands he came up behind Berwald. Placing his arms over the Swede's shoulders Berwald paused in his reading and set the paper down and brought the now free hand up to hold one of Tino's arms.
"Ber you know what would be a good idea?"
"Wh't?"
"I window over the sink, wouldn't that be nice to look outside while cooking or washing the dishes. It gets boring to just look up and see a wall."
Berwald glanced at the wall over the sink a rumble of a humm coming from deep within his chest.
"Winter is almost here, maybe in the Spring."
"You promise?"
"I promise I will do it when I get time."
The winter passed and Spring passed, Tino thinking Berwald forgot let it be but couldn't help bring it up once again when Berwald was about to leave the house.
"Su' sun do you remember us talking about a window over the kitchen sink?"
"Yeah, I am sorry I will try to get it down once the more important things get done."
"Alright, have a safe trip." Tino said leaning up to kiss Berwald gently.
"I will, I will call ya when I get there."
Berwald grabbed his hat and left the house, fall had came and Tino was starting to get angry. Each time he asked about it Berwald kept putting it on the back burner. That was when Tino got an idea.
Berwald entered his home, closing the door and brushing the little bits of snow from off his jacket he hung it and his hat up on a hook. Placing his boots on the shoe shelf, he called to Tino.
"Tino you 'ome?"
"I'm in the kitchen."
Moving from the entrence way to the kitchen Berwald felt a chill pass thru him as he entered the room.
"Hi Berwald."
Berwald looked at Tino who smiled at him, in front of the man was a large sledgehammer. Another breeze made him shiver and he looked over to above the kitchen sink and saw a large hole in the wall. He could see the snow that laid thick outside. Tino got up from his chair and went to Berwald and hugged him around the waist.
"So about that window?
I got the idea for this a couple of months ago when my creative writting class read a poem about a wife who wanted a window in the kitchen and her husband kept delaying it. So she took matters in her own hands. :)
The characters may have been a little OOC but I had problems getting Berwald to not do what Tino asked so I just tryied to do it to where he was busy and kept forgetting to do it. As for Tino we know he could do something like that, like come on he went against Russia that has to say something. Anyways R&R please
