"Its been 4 years after the war…" A young sliver haired boy said to himself as he sat on a light brown couch. There was a knock at the door so he got up and opened it slowly. "Allen Walker, I'm giving Road to you. I'll be back for her soon." a tall dark skinned man with a top hat said and he shoved towards a small dark skinned girl into Allen's arms before disappearing. "Road…" Allen spoke to her in a soft tone trying his best to not get angry because after all…she did kill his two best friends in the war…but then again he killed her three of her brothers. It was quite for some time both of them just standing, saying nothing until Allen broke it. "Are you hungry?" he asked in a kind voice. Road just nodded her head while he guided her into his house. "I just finished cooking Okonomiyaki." he said, putting two plates of different combinations of food on the table. "Thank…you."Road said softy before eating. "Your welcome." After the meal Allen and Road sat on the couch "How've you been?" he asked her as he turned on the T.V. Suddenly he felt her arms go around him and her head fly on his chest as she cried "Father beats me now that my brothers and uncle aren't around and mother is never home. Hearing this Allen felt his anger boil inside him even more. "….You wont have to worry about going back….you'll find a new house to live in." Allen said, rubbing her back soothingly. "Don't you hate me?" Road asked him slowly as she wiped her eyes. Allen said nothing at first, remembering the time he told Road how much he "hated" her. Allen wanted to hate her for everything she did but Allen being a good Catholic boy remembered what God says to forgive but not forget. Could Allen forgive her? "No…I don't hate you." he whispered as he hugged her tight. Weeks pasted and Allen grew closer to Road…and God now forgiving and repenting, all he had to do now was to tell her face to face he truly forgave her. "Road…" he said to her has they were sitting outside one day. "Yes Allen?" she looked at him as he took a long breath. "I forgive you….for all the bad things you did." he looked her dead in the eyes. "Oh Allen! I forgive you as well!" she said, hugging him tight while tears were brought to her eyes. "It's time to go now." A man said as he walked over to them. "Father…I want to stay with Allen." Road said as she hugged Allen's arm. "I'll fight you for her…if I win you are never to bother us again and if I lose…you can take her and I wont bother you guys." Allen said as he got up and stared at Road's smiling father. "Ok," he said laughing. "I'm not as weak as I look, Sheril." Allen said, running at him. Driving one hand into Allen's chest Sheril used his other to paralyze Road so she couldn't do a thing but watch in fear as the love of her life was getting beat to a pulp. "Just give up already Allen….Road's coming with me and you can't stop it….not even God." That had crossed the line for Allen talking like that about God.
Allen scratching his face with his now metal nails Sheril laughed but then screamed in pain as Allen cut Sheril's arm off with his sword and putting it to his neck. "I'll wont kill you….I'll let God decide your fate." Allen said putting his sword away and turning around.
"Fine…don't kill me but you'll regret it later." Sheril said as he disappeared after curing Road. "Are you ok?" Road asked with a worried tone and look as she hugged Allen. "I'm fine," he closed his eyes holding her. "Live with me you can have the guest room its right by mine." When he said that Road looked at him shocked but happy. "Oh Allen," she said as she was about to hug him but was stopped by his lips mashed with hers. The kiss was soft yet meaningful "I love you Road…I really do."
