She stared into his eyes, trying not to brush away the tuft of hair that fell into his face. But he clearly doesnt feel the same way, she thought to herself, it was all just fake memories, to integrate him into a life he never lived.
"Piper, what are you thinking," his sweet voice brought her back to real life.
"What? Oh, nothing, just thinking about recent events," she couldn't seem to take her eyes off of Jason's.
"How recent?"
"About everything sinice you woke up on the bus," she replied, and her cheeks blushed, "With your hand in mine."
"Well, then that gives you a lot to think about," he smiled, that cute smile that helped her fall for him.
"Jason, I know it must've been hard for you. Waking up, having no idea who Leo and I are," she added in a whisper, "I know it was for me." A stray clump of hair fell in front of her eyes, and Jason's hand moved up to brush it away. His thumbs ran along her cheek, and grabbed the piece of hair, pushing it behind her ear. She bent her head, letting it rest on his hand. As if time slowed down, they both leaned in, and Piper slowly closed her eyes. There lips met, and it felt as if the past days had never happened. Everything at Camp Halfblood, and on the bus, and with Thalia hadn't happened, and this was just another day at school. His lips were soft against hers, gentle, and his hands cradled her face.
"Dude, get a room!" Leo exclaimed, bringing them back to the present. They both stare at him, until they all burst out in a chorus of laughs.
