AusHun- Making Music

Hungary could hear the beautiful melody coming from the piano echo throughout the grand estate of the personification of Austria. It permeated through each room, making the elegant aura of the home enhance tenfold. The maid of the Austrian smiled to herself hearing her crush play his beloved piano so beautifully and effortlessly. It made her wonder how he had gotten so musically gifted. Walking up the giant marble staircase, carefully balancing the tea tray she held in her hands, she headed towards Rodriech's music room. The delightful sound became louder as she got closer to the closed double doors that withheld the musical genius and his most loved instrument. Opening and closing the door behind her, as not to disturb nor scare the Austrian man whom she loved so dearly, she stood for a moment, listening and waiting until he finished.

Austria was so into the music, he did not hear Elizaveta come in and continued to play the beautiful piece. Concentrating, he made sure not to hit any wrong notes, even though he had played this song more than once in the past week. Composing this particular song had taken him many weeks to try and find the correct notes to fit into what he was trying to convey in the piece and perfect them as well. Once he had hit the last note and had let it rung, he heard faint clapping behind him and turned around, seeing Hungary standing right there, smiling. He blushed, but smiled faintly, stood and bowed slightly. She giggled softly and placed the tea tray down on a small table next to a sitting area for when guests were over. "I've made your tea, just how you like it, Mr. Austria." Smiling politely, the Austrian took the small floral printed teacup and took a sip. "Just as good as ever. Thank you, Hungary." Rodriech complimented her. She blushed, "What was that song you were playing? I know I've heard you play it before, but only bits and pieces." Gently putting down the china, he replied, "A song I have been working on for a few weeks. It has no name yet, but I am working on it for someone special." Hungary smiled, "Well it sounds lovely. I hope that person likes it." Austria looked down and smiled, "I hope so too…" He looked back up at her, "Elizaveta?" Hungary blushed as he spoke her human name. "Yes?" "Would you like to play this with me?" Slowly the smile returned on her face. "I would love to."

The two of them spent hours on the piano, practicing the beautiful song composed by Austria. Elizaveta smiled as she played the whole song on her own, with little help from Austria. As the last note was played, there was an echo around the grand room of the beautiful note before disappearing into thin air. Austria clapped approvingly as Hungary smiled, stood up and curtsied. She looked back up at Austria. "Rodriech? Who is that song for?" Austria blushed, went over to Hungary, kissed her hand gently, then hugged her tightly, "It was for you, my dear."
