-Wrote as alternating dialogue between John and Sherlock starting with John.
Hope you enjoy it-
"So what did you think so far?"
"John I very much doubt that dolphins knew the world would end, and how the hell are they more intelligent than humans? Even you have a superior intellect to those creatures."
"Ummm... Thanks... I think."
"And to have them fly off into the sky, I have given a dolphin an autopsy before so I know firsthand that there is no way they could do that?"
"What sort of a case requires cutting up a dead dolphin?"
"Not everything I do is on a case John.'
"You could have fooled me" *mumbled*
"What?"
"Nothing. Shhh it's on again"
"That yawn is very unflattering"
"He makes toast like you do"
...
"I would have known that guy wasn't human... oh look John, Arthur hates Thursday like you do."
...
"Hahahhaahaha"
"John why are you laughing at sheep?"
"Never mind"
...
"I am glad Marvin agrees that Arthur is a 'stupid human'"
...
"John do you want a point-of-view gun? You are always saying 'you just don't get it do you?'"
"Are you calling me a housewife?"
...
"Well you both love tea"
"The only question I want answered in my life is similar to Arthur's Sherlock. And yes you are the one"
"That means a lot John, I have never wanted anyone the way I need you"
...
Sherlock comes out of the bathroom naked, drying his hair with a towel while John is in the kitchen making tea with his back to him
"I know now to keep my towel with me at all times."
Still not turning around, "Why?"
"So I can do this." The detective whipped his towel at the doctor's unfortunately clothed bottom.
"Well I can see how that would be beneficial." He finally turned round to push Sherlock against the wall and kiss him.
...
An hour later they were both lying in bed panting.
"You never told me what you thought of the film."
"Well, it's the only film I have ever watched where I had no idea what was going on the whole way through. Mice John, seriously? I know that what Arthur said most of the time was easily predicted but the rest of it had me stumped. And that thing about the poetry. My brain hurts thinking about it. MY BRAIN. Look what you have done to me. I need a nicotine patch. Or ten."
"You can have one here," John grabs the box of the bed-side table and gives it to Sherlock. "It's not supposed to make sense, it's science-fiction. You just have to accept everything and you can enjoy it. Anyway what do you think the question was? If anyone can figure it out it's you."
-I just watched the film again for the 10th time and figured that since Martin played Arthur they should watch it
And if you haven't seen the film (seriously how? Where have you been living?) you will probably be as stumped as Sherlock was when reading this-
