A Very Wonderful Christmas
Carly and Sam spoke to each other, laughing and smiling as they finished wrapping presents. Suddenly, the two looked forward into the camera. "Oh, hello," Carly said, brushing her bangs out of her face. "We didn't hear you come in." The two teenage girls set their gifts down and quickly jumped onto their feet. "I'm Carly."
"I'm Sam," the blond young woman added. "And that disembodied voice you might hear that controls the camera is Freddie."
"Merry Christmas and happy holidays, everyone," Freddie called out, keeping his camera focused on his friends.
Looking at one another, Carly and Sam quickly threw off their hoodies to reveal their green and red Christmas sweaters. "Cuz it's not Christmas without ugly sweaters," Sam declared.
"That's right, Sam," Carly replied in a fake but happy voice. "And this is…"
"iCarly's Christmas Special!" the girls yelled in harmony before Freddie turned on a recording of an audience cheering.
"And it's a very special Christmas this year," Carly added, taking a step forward.
"That's right, Carly," Sam replied, walking up next to her friend. "Because this year, Santa's gonna bring you everything you want. All your sick loved ones? Guess what: they're coming home."
"Worried about your taxes and debts?" the brunette young woman continued. "Don't be. Because Santa's gonna pay them all for you. And the tax collectors are all gonna retire."
"And all that shopping and rushing around?" Sam added. "Don't worry about it. All your family and friends want is to be with you and your loved ones."
"Children won't have to make any lists this year," Carly explained, handing Sam a glass of eggnog. "Because they'll know that they're gonna get exactly what they want: Loving family members to keep them safe and loved forever."
"And all the homeless men, women, and children will find new homes and stay warm and happy in the coldest nights," Sam added.
"And no one will go hungry or feel lonesome tonight," the brunette replied.
"And it doesn't matter what your religion is, what you celebrate, or your skin color or race," the blond declared. "Because God is the reason for the season, and He loves us all, no matter what."
"So forget your fears and pains," the brunette summarized. "Because all that's gonna go away. So, keep your family or your friends or your classmates of coworkers nearby, relax, be thankful for all the wonderful things you have inside of you and around you…"
"And thank God that we're all here and we're all alive," Sam concluded. "And keep those feelings all year 'round. And this New Year's Eve…"
"Have faith that the coming year will be even better," Carly said with a smile as she and Sam hugged one another. "Because this new year will be the dawn of the Age of Aquarius." The two girls gestured for their friend to come over, prompting Freddie to mount his camera and jump onto the set along with Spencer, Melanie, Missy, and Wendy. The entire group then engaged in one group hug.
"Have a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Wonderful Kwanza, Joyful Ramadan, and a Happy New Year from the iCarly family!" the entire group harmonically cried out, their hearts warmed as their loved extended to all those watching all around the world.
