OMG, I just love this...I posted it on my lj community, but nobody ever goes there, so I decided to post it here. It's just Zach being irresistable as always. Reviews appreciated.

Disclaimer: Hart and Kathy do it better.

Zach stood in front of the washing machine, loading in this laundry

Zach stood in front of the washing machine, loading in this laundry. He took up the box of laundry detergent nearby and measured the correct amount of detergent to the laundry load size. Then he turned the dial (again to the correct setting for his load of laundry) and sat on the dryer, taking up the box of detergent and looking it over.

"Gain…hm," he went on to read the active ingredient chart.

………………………..

"Hey, Zach."

"Hi Dr. Casselli," Zach greeted a young dark archaeologist with golden brown eyes and straight black hair caught in a ponytail. She was nice and really friendly, but other than that she didn't really give Zach the time of day.

"I keep telling you sweetie, it's Jordan. Oh, uh, Dr. Saroyan is looking for you. You guys have a case…whoops!"

The file she was carrying slipped as she tried to juggle it with her coffee and bagel. Zach caught it before it could reach the ground.

"Ooh, thank you, Zach, you're so…"

She inhaled.

"Mmmm, you smell like apples."

Needless to say, Zach was a little surprised.

"Sorry?"

"I like that. What is it?" Jordan sniffed him, holding on to his shirt and taking a deep breath, "Wow. That's great. Hey, I got some new footage from the dig their doing in Sudan. Wanna come over Saturday and watch it with me?"

Zach wasn't really sure why he wanted to say yes; the fact that the footage might reveal some interesting revelations or the fact that Jordan's golden brown eyes were filled with only him for a moment.

"Um, okay."

"Goodie. See ya later!"

"Bye."

He walked a little further and saw Angela, nose down in her sketch book.

"Mmm, whoever that is that smells like heaven, stop a minute and talk to me," came her sultry voice. She didn't look up from her sketch.

"Do you mean me?" Zach asked. She looked up.

"Hey Zach…woah, you smell like you have a date!"

"It is impossible to smell someone and determine whether or not they have a date," came his squinty answer, "And it isn't a date; Dr. Casselli invited me over to watch archaeological dig footage."

Angela gave him a devilish smile, "You, and Jordan? You gotta gimme a hug Zach! I can't believe you snagged hard-to-get Jordan Casselli!"

"I didn't…"

Angela hugged him playfully, but he could hear her sniffing his shoulder.

"Wow. You smell really nice Zach."

"Thank you."

He walked away, wondering if it was gonna be like this all day.

"Hi Zach."

Dr. Brennan passed by him hastily. Suddenly she stopped and turned.

"Did you switch laundry detergent?" she asked.

"Yes."

"Nice. Really nice," she smiled and continued to walk on.

"Why does my lab smell like apples?"

Zach turned towards Dr. Saroyan, who was standing near him.

"It's not your lab. It's Zach." Angela was till sketching.

"Zach?" she turned to him, "Why do you smell like apples?"

"I switched laundry detergent," he answered.

"Well switch back. You're disturbing people."

As she walked off, Zach said to her back,

"Who am I disturbing?"

At the same time an intern passed by, taking a whiff of his jacket.

There's a little button below that wants you to touch him...not that he's a perv or anything.
