I own nothing.

"So, who has plans for this Halloween weekend?" Deeks asked the team. He had been in a Halloween set of mind for most of the day. It didn't help that their murderer kept killing Mariners while dressed in classic Halloween costumes. That didn't prevent the team from figuring out who he was and the killer was now safely locked behind bars.

"I have a date." Callen stated. Sam gave him a look.

"You didn't tell me you had a date." His partner said.

"I don't need to tell you every little thing that is happening in my life."

"Yeah, but if it's something this big you should tell me. What's her name? What does she do? Where did you meet her?" Sam bombarded Callen with questions.

Callen grabbed his jacket. "And that is why I didn't tell you." And he headed out of the Mission with Sam hot on his heels.

Deeks watched the two leave before turning to Kensi. "Sam didn't answer my question."

Kensi gave him a slight smile. "He's probably gonna work on his Challenger."

"What about you? Any plans?"

Kensi gave a slight shrug. "Probably gonna watch a movie and pass out candy to the little kids trick or treating. What about you?"

"The shelter is hosting a Halloween party for the kids in the area and I'm going to help at it."

Kensi gave her partner a soft smile. Even though she had only helped out at the shelter just once, she knew how important it was to Deeks. "That's really sweet."

Deeks shrugged. "I enjoy being around the kids and dressing up. What more could I want?"

"Candy?" Kensi asked.

"You're the one with the major sweet tooth, not me." Deeks pointed out. Then a thought came to him. "Hey, why don't you come with me?"

"I'm not sure…" Kensi started to say, but Deeks cut her off.

"The other volunteers have been getting on my case about bringing you back. It's actually getting annoying. If I bring you tonight, that might get them off my case for the next couple of months. Plus there is free candy."

Kensi couldn't help but laugh. "Well, since you put it that way, I'll go."

Deeks gave her a wide grin. "Great! I could pick you up around 6. And wear a costume!" The more Deeks talked, the more excited he got.

Kensi gave Deeks a sly grin. "I think I have just the thing." And she walked out of the Mission.

A few hours later, Deeks was standing in front of her door, waiting for Kensi make an appearance. He was just about to knock on her door again when it opened and Kensi appeared. When Deeks saw her costume, he couldn't help but smile. "Nice for you to join me, Wonder Woman."

Kensi returned the smile. "I wouldn't have missed it for the world, Flash." She said as she walked out her place, shutting and locking the door behind her.

They made their way down to Deeks car and Deeks opened the door for her. She slide into the front seat and before Deeks closed the door, he leaned down and said, "I really do appreciate it."

Kensi gave him a small smile. "I know. Now close the door and let's get going; candy awaits us."

Just a fun thing that I came up with over the weekend. This will most likely be the last thing I will post until after next Tuesday, because I have two papers due between now and then. CURSE YOU SCHOOL. Anyway, hope you all had a good Halloween.

Feel free to leave a review and happy reading!
