America had been begging for a week for England to go to the fair with him he even resorted to threats and crying because he wanted him to go to the fair so badly.
The British man finally cracked and told him "Fine if I go to that stupid fair will you leave me alone?!"
The young American smiled "Let's go!" He shouted dragging the man behind him.
When they finally got to the fair America began dragging him to the biggest and scariest ride in the fair and the British man stopped him. "Alfred how about we go on that ride and then move up to that bigger ride?" He asked looking at him knowing that going on the bigger ride would scare Alfred and he'd just cry and moan about going there.
The American nodded "Awesome idea it'll be even better when I go on it later!" He said dragging him to a more calm ride.
After riding on all of the rides in the park they went to eat some ridiculously over priced deep fried food including fried Kool aid and butter which the American claimed were delicious but all it did was make England nauseous.
After the glutinous meal they went to the last roller coaster in the park and they had to wait in line and it was becoming obvious as time went on that the man was becoming impatient and began to look up at the ride worriedly then back to England. "Y-you ready for this dude?!" he laughed confidence barely in his voice.
"Yes this ride does look very scary though Alfred are you sure that you want to go on it?"
The American laughed "of course but really if you're afraid dude I could hold you hand so you don't feel afraid I can hold it for you since I'm like the hero" he said holding out a hand.
England gave him a look of disgust "no way I don't need your "heroic" deeds" he said pushing his hand away seeing a look of sadness in the mans eyes.
Feeling like he was just slapped in the face he noticed they were at the front of the line "come on let's go" he said dragging England to an empty cart.
As the cart began to go up a very steep hill America grabbed England's hand clenching it tightly fear filling him.
England looked at him wanting an answer to why he was being so odd he saw the fear and simply interlocked his fingers with the man trying to sooth him as the cart made it to the top of the hill and they both screamed holding each other's hands tightly the whole ride.
As the ride ended they walked off of it still holding hands shaking.
"That was so cool!" America said swinging their inter joined hands and realized that they had been holding hands and England had not called him a git or a bloody wanker all day.
