Chapter 1: Harry Gets Lost
Harry's POV
Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and I were heading for the Room of Requirement. We were hosting a DA meeting, and we liked to get there early. we usually didn't get this opportunity, as me and Ron were rarely finished their homework in time. But today our schedule consisted of Charms with Professor Flitwick, Care of Magical Creatures with Hagrid, and a rare daytime Double Astronomy with Professor Sinistra. We had Astronomy during the day due to the lunar eclipse that had happened that afternoon, and we were due to observe it. Those were our only three teachers that did not give homework every night, so we did not have any on this particular day.
"Perhaps that's why Hermione seems a little upset," I thought.
Ron, on the other hand, had a huge smile on his face. This seemed to annoy Hermione.
"Ronald, why are you grinning as if you just won the lottery?" snapped Hermione.
"This is the first time all year when we haven't had any homework," Ron grinned.
"How is that a good thing?" Hermione shrieked. "We need to study for our O.W.L.s!"
"Relax, Hermione," I said. "One night won't hurt us."
"Oh, I suppose you're right," conceded Hermione grudgingly as they reached the Room of Requirement.
We paced back and forth three times, and entered. Ron and Hermione sat down while I collected all of the books we would need.
Just after I finished getting the books, Fred, George, and Ginny Weasley entered the room.
"Hello, Fred, George, Ginny," I greeted.
"Pastille, Harry?" Fred said innocently, holding out a sweet, which was obviously a Puking Pastille, a type of Skiving Snackbox candy.
"No thanks, Fred," I said. "Save it for the first years."
"No, he won't," Hermione demanded.
Suddenly the door flew open, and it wasn't a fellow DA member. It was Draco Malfoy.
"Ha ha ha!" he said happily. "I knew you guys would be in here! Now to tie you guys up and go get Professor Umbridge!"
"We have to get out of here!" Hermione cried.
"Where?" demanded Ron.
"ANYWHERE!" shouted Ginny, throwing up her hands.
All of the sudden, the room went black.
Sayid's POV
"I can't believe it!" whispered Kate Austen angrily. "Jack is playing football?!?!"
"Calm down, Kate," whispered John Locke. "There must be a rational explanation for this."
"Yes," I whispered "For once, I agree with John. He wouldn't act like this out of his own free will. There has to be a reason."
"Exactly," agreed Locke. "Wait, for once?"
"You two need to calm down too," whispered Kate. "Now-"
Then came a small crack from the jungle. Another one followed. Then Kate, Locke, me, and the fourth member of our group, Danielle Rousseau, heard voices.
"Where the hell are we?"
"Oh, I don't know, Ron, maybe a JUNGLE?"
"Well, Harry, I was hoping for more specifics!"
"How am I supposed to know?"
"What is that?" whispered Danielle.
"I don't know. Let's find out." I said. "I'll go first. Stay here until I give the okay."
I cocked my gun and left before anyone could say otherwise.
Charlie's POV
"I'm sorry for not telling you about the whole… uh …death thing," I told Claire Littleton.
"It's okay, Charlie. I wouldn't have believed you. Even now that Desmond explained everything, I still don't think it is going to happen." replied Claire.
"Nice to have a supporter."
All of the sudden there were 5 cracks from behind them. Me and Claire turned around.
Five youths were lying in the sand. There were two girls and three boys, and they all seemed to be unconscious.
"Who could they be?" wondered Claire.
