Oh, and this is a one shot thing. It's over and there will be no more chapters. Please enjoy!

They were swimming through the satin sheets, trying to get their bodies as close together as possible as thick snow fell from the darkened sky to cover the ground. It had been a long day of only brief kisses in hidden corners and their bodies longed to be together. It was a miracle that nobody else was home tonight and her mind was racing as her body was strongly pinned down on the bed.

'This is so wrong. I shouldn't be here. I should be doing something useful, something with someone else.'

She wriggled out of the strong arms holding her down and tried to get up. As she managed to get one foot out of the bed her hand was grasped and she was quickly pulled back down. Her heart leapt as she felt a whisper caress the back of her neck:

"You know this is what you want and you know I'll never let you run from me."

She felt a soft hand guide her chin to soft lips and as the battle of tongues began she allowed herself to be pulled back into bed. This time she won the wrestling match and pinned down her lover but her lover escaped by flipping her over onto her back. They started rolling over, twirling their bodies into one.

'Why am I doing this? I could always do this with Bobby... No, this is more exciting. It SHOULDN'T be more exciting, but it is. God, how is this different? What makes me love this...this... this masterpiece more than my frozen angel?'

At that moment they rolled off the bed and for a split second it seemed like they were floating, kissing even after the floor interrupted their brief moment of flight, stunning them into reality. Opening her eyes she instantly knew why this was different. Her lover started laughing. Not a harsh laugh or a rude one or an obnoxious one, no, it was the most lighthearted, pure, enchanting laugh she had ever heard. The enchanting laugh was broken by a melodious voice:

"Are you alright?"

"I'm always alright when I'm with you. Are you ok?"

She was answered with a passionate kiss. She broke the kiss to taste more of the honey flesh of her lover and as she continued kisses down her lover's neck she heard that beautiful voice again:

"I love you Rogue."

She gazed into emerald eyes. "I love you too." And with that their legs entwined as she pinned down her lover and ran her fingers through red hair as soft as the snow that was tapping lightly at their window.
