The land of fun and temptation
She was finally on her well deserved holiday in the beautiful land of Goa. The aeroplane had just started it's decent into Dabolim airport after a tiring ten hours in the sky! The seat belt sign had just been switched on and Hermione was eagerly awaiting the bumpiness of the landing. This had been her favourite part of the aeroplane journey since she had been a little muggle child before she had been introduced into the complicated and confusing world of magic. It seemed to remind her of a small roller coaster she had once been on with her mum and dad in Disney land Paris.
Hermione gathered all of her rubbish together into one bag, there was a lot of it as during a ten hour flight there was plenty of time for many muggle snacks to be consumed! Brushing her hair, to make her look slightly presentable, she kept wondering why she hadn't apperated? It would have been a whole lot easier and would have taken about nine hours and fifty-nine minutes less! Then she remembered, although she had been part of the magical world for twelve years now, longer than she had spent in the muggle world, there were still some muggle loves in her, such as the buzz of flying.
Whilst she had been fondly reminiscing on her pre-Hogwarts days, the plane had landed and passengers were beginning to un-board. Snapping herself out of it all, she grabbed her small piece of hand luggage (a lot of shrinking charms had gone into making it that small!), and walked towards the aircraft door.
The heat suddenly hit her, it was like suddenly stepping into a sauna, fully clothed! She took the advice of everyone around her and began to pull of the thick layers that had accumulated on her throughout the flight.
"I'm finally here!" She whispered quietly to herself.
The next hour as taken up by checking through customs, where an infinite number of forms needed to filled in and just as many stamps were required. She could see now why there weren't too many muggles that visited Goa anymore!
Hermione was glad that she had shrunk her huge bag to cabin bag size as the growing crowd around the luggage collection area didn't look too enticing
