Blaine smiled, his eyes brimming with happy tears as he held hands with the love of his life as the priest said the magic words and Kurt replied emotionally with, "I do," his grin wide. It was Blaine's turn.
"Blaine Anderson, do you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband? Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him in sickness and in health, remaining faithful to him as long as you both shall live?" Blaine squeezed Kurt's hand, keeping his gaze locked with his. "I do."
"I now pronounce you to be…husband and husband. You may kiss the… groom." The priest smiled as Kurt practically threw himself on his new husband, wrapping his arms around his neck and kissing him on the lips even as they both smiled. The invited friends and family of both sides erupted into cheers and whistles and claps. They broke apart, still smiling.
"For eternity," Kurt whispered to him, all of the other people melting away as they looked into each other's eyes, so filled with love and happiness. "Eternity." Blaine whispered back, taking his pinky and wrapping it tightly around Kurt's as they made the bond of a pinky promise. They linked arms and walked back down the aisle, being showered with dry, uncooked rice as they left as newlyweds, happier than they thought they could ever be.

60 Years Later.
Blaine was sitting beside Kurt as he lay in the hospital bed, the heart monitor beeping steadily in the corner being the only sound in the room. He had his hand in his, and his other was stroking his head. Kurt's eyes were fighting to keep open and a small smile was still on his lips.
"Blaine," Kurt whispered weakly, opening his eyes a little to see up at his husband. "You know I'll always love you, right?" Blaine almost broke down right there. It wasn't any kind of secret Kurt was dying – he was old. Everyone knew, even Kurt himself. Blaine forced a smile, swallowing a lump in his throat. "Yes. And you know I'll always love you too, right?"
Kurt nodded while the small smile was still on his lips. "Do you remember our wedding?" He asked, his eyes closing.
"Of course I do. It was perfect. I remember every detail. Do you?"
He nodded slowly. "Do you remember? Eternity? We said eternity."
"Yes," Blaine smiled a little, remembering their pinky promise. Kurt forced his eyes open. "We didn't break our promise, did we?"
"No, and we never will, right?" His tears threatening to spill out his eyes now as he looked at his helpless soul mate – his first love. "Never. I love you, Blaine. We're eternity." He whispered before he closed his eyes, and the heart monitor in the corner became a monotone straight beep as his heart was too tired to pump any longer.
Blaine looked down, letting a small, shaky sob come out of him as the doctors rushed in to help. He sighed as he had to get up, walking down the hospital halls stiffly as he replayed it in his head. "I love you, Blaine. We're eternity." He knew that was true, and it would always be true, no matter how long it took for Blaine to see Kurt again.
