Judge Scott Summers by Batman100
Genre: Humor Rating: K+ Characters: Cyclops/Scott S. and Jean Grey
Amazed by the hit TV courtroom series "Judge Judy", Cyclops decides to do his version- in the X-Mansion. This story uses references to "Resident Evil: Retribution" AND Project Alice makes a guest appearance!
"Jean! Get over here!" Kitty hollered as Jean came out of the shower room looking much refreshed after the nightly news fiasco. "What is Scott up to now, Kitty?" Jean groaned as Iceman and the X-Gang gazed at the makeshift courthouse in the dining room. Only one guess as to who was in the judge's podium.
Then the intercom came on as Warren did the intro. "Live from Salem Center, New York, this is Judge Scott Summers! Today's case: Jean Grey, 25, debates against Bobby Drake, 21 over the infamous "Patriot" fiasco. Serving as DA, Project Alice!" The X-Men were amazed when they saw a 35-year-old young woman wearing an armored suit, with short black hair. "Ms. Grey and Mr. Drake, approach the bench." Alice said. Jean and Iceman stepped forward into the court podiums. "Ms. Grey, what do you remember on the 3rd of August, 2012 here at this institute at 1: 00 am?" Alice asked. Jean took a deep breath then replied "Well Alice, let me see: Oh, first, Scott was sleepwalking, bumping into things, not looking where the heck he was going or whatever. Second, he was dressed in a ridiculous Dragon Ball Z costume and acting delusional thinking he was this Goku character or whatever. Third, Rogue, the cute chick with the white streak of hair and in love with a Cajun named Gambit and…" "Objection!"
Rogue screamed in fury as Gambit covered his ears from her shrieks. "Ms. Anna Marie?" Cyclops asked. "Your Honor, as a citizen of the United States of America, I quote that there are to be no references or meanings or even bloody acronyms about me and Mr. LeBeau." "That should've been in "JFK"." Alice added, quite amused by Rogue's speech.
"Call Mr. Warren Worthington III to the bench." Colossus ordered, dressed in a neat bailiff uniform that fit his size while Alice stroked his armored shoulders. Warren approached the designated witness' bench; which was carved by the judge's podium. "Mr. Worthington, on the 3rd of August, 2012, did you see Ms. Grey carry a Winchester rifle during the recreation of the Civil War scene from the Patriot?" Alice asked approvingly. Warren then took a sip of his Canada Dry ginger ale and replied "Is Albert Wesker or Jill Valentine in the audience?" Alice nodded and the camera monitors on the TV had Albert and Jill sitting in the press box by the balcony; which got laughs from the audience.
Jean rolled her eyes in boredom thinking of how unbelievably silly this case was. She also wondered how in the world did Scott get video game characters involved. "Your Honor, how long is this debate?" Iceman asked while writing his phone number on a notepad and handed it to Alice. Alice blew him a kiss. "It's over 9000!" Scott roared in his best Vegeta voice. "Maybe Dragon Ball Z isn't that bad…" Jean replied.
I do not own X-Men: Evolution or Resident Evil: Retribution or the Patriot or DragonBall Z or Judge Judy.
