Immature Idiots?
-Never Underestimate
"VI, can you come to my office?"
He had been waiting for this. Ever since Marluxia had been announced as the lord of Castle Oblivion, Zexion had been biding his time, waiting to see what ace Xemnas had up his sleeves. Zexion complied, and followed the tall, imposing leader down the empty white halls that the Organisation called their 'home'.
"Is this about Marluxia's deplorable attitude, Superior?"
The leader remained silent. He obviously wanted to wait until they reached his office, away from eavesdroppers. This was understandable, as Marluxia was slowly beginning to incite mutiny against the original six members of the Organisation, who had begun their decent into nothingness as naive apprentices to Ansem the Wise, who had fortuitously given them funding and allowed them to research the properties of the heart. Unfortunately, the experiments had spiralled out of control, and they were left as embodiments of nothing.
"Please, number VI, enter."
Zexion wondered why they hadn't taken portals of darkness to the office...surely Xemnas had the power? Unless they could have been intercepted...what was Marluxia's plan? Did it involve using the corridors of Darkness as conduits of some kind? This supposed explanation was unearthing many more questions. Nevertheless, Zexion entered the plain white room, which housed a desk with two chairs, one at the front, and one behind, where the Superior would sit. There were also shelves along the walls that held thousands of books, which were probably research aids into the secrets of the heart. After all, they still were scientists.
"Do you know why you are here, number VI?"
"I think this is something to do with Marluxia and his plan to take over the Organisation."
"You are as observant as always. I need you to stay with Marluxia in Castle Oblivion, monitor his actions, and take appropriate steps to stop him."
"Me? But, Superior, I am but one Nobody and he shall have that upstart Larxene with him, 'protecting' their interests."
"That is why I am sending Lexaeus, Vexen and Axel with you."
"...I see..."
He had left the office hours previously, and he was still perplexed. Axel? Was sending him such a good idea? He had just lost Roxas, his best friend. Wouldn't that make him unpredictable? Wait, that was it...make the upstarts trust Axel, and then he could double-cross them.
Well, he hadn't seen this. Axel had betrayed them all. Magnificently. If it wasn't for him, the plan would've succeeded. And to think, he had played cards with this man. Even Luxord would be impressed.
Not a very organised Organisation, is it?
He made a mental note to never underestimate seemingly immature idiots.

Constructive Criticism extermely welcome.
