Note: Thank you so much for reading! I'm working on a new series to replace this one (with a similar premise). It's called "The Heart of a Hero" if you'd like to check it out.

It was a few days after the sports festival. The class had been laying low after the exciting events of the festival, and the recruitments were starting to come in. Aizawa's students had garnered a lot of interest from hero agencies, but he didn't want them to get overly confident and start slacking on their training. That's why he'd been reluctant to share. Today, however, he had some news to share.
A small group of his students had been noticed by medical associations. MAs are very similar to hero agencies, but with more emphasis on emergency medical treatment and civilian rescue, opposed to the capture of villains. Medically-fit quirks are typically rare, so these kind of heroes are in high demand. That's why those select few would be going through a special kind of training this week.
The problem with that was: they all have their hearts set on becoming heroes, which, to them, means eradicating villains by fighting on the front lines. They haven't begun to understand that there's more to it than that. They need to prioritize saving people. Prevent casualties. Rescue the injured. It isn't something that's glamorized in hero society—but they need these skills to obtain their hero licenses.
Aizawa watched as his students trickled into the classroom, chattering among each other—seemingly as easygoing as ever. He was unsure of what their reaction to today's discussion would be. Probably not stupendous, the pro hero imagined.
"Take your seats." Aizawa sighed, shuffling papers on the podium. "Today's a big day for some of you."
"Some of us?" Mina inquired, unable to hold back her thoughts. Aizawa figured he'd best jump right in.
"I know we haven't talked about this before, but four of you have been recruited by medical associations. For the next couple of days, while the class continues basic hero training, you will be receiving medical training."
He was met with silence. Each person in the room silently hoped they weren't one of the four. They wanted to become real heroes, dammit! Not nurses.
Aizawa could sense the tension. "This is quite the honor, you know. Those who work for MAs are typically seen as more valuable than normal heroes. They can do more than just normal hero work. People who are in need look up to them more."
Instead of waiting for a response that would probably just annoy him, he began reading off the names. "Denki Kaminari, Hanta Sero, Momo Yaoyorozu, and Kyouka Jirou. Congrats." He read. His tone indicated sarcasm, but that wasn't his intent. He was just tired and wanted the class to be over already.
Momo shone with pride. Hanta looked a bit nervous, and Kyouka looked indifferent.
"Wh- wait, why?!" Denki shouted. This isn't what he wanted! He should be hero training with Katsuki and Eijirou! Unfortunately for Denki, Aizawa just shrugged.
The exhausted teacher gestured towards the doorway, which now had a person standing in it, much to the class' shock. When did she get there? It was a familiar young woman not much older than any one of them. She had a friendly face and long, dark blue hair tied in a low ponytail.
"This is Yuna Inoue. She's the third year that'll be helping you train. Go follow her."
Yuna nodded politely as the four stood up, the boys somewhat reluctantly, and met her in the doorway.
